Incredible staff so attentive to your needs and a very pleasant relaxed atmosphere even when busy, as it always was I highly recommend it. A gem of a find where we Will definitely stay if we are even close to that area. The situation is very central for all Hexham amenities

We have been regular visitors to the Beaumont for drinks and dining and have been generally pleased with the overall experience. However on this occasion, the setting and service was poor. We had booked this occasion long in advance as we were meeting up with friends who we had not seen for some time. It was a special occasion. The table had not been set up particularly well, the service was chaotic and often abrupt. My wife waited for her main course long after others had been served and was then told that the chef was unhappy with the dish and was re-doing it. It eventually arrived long after the other guests had eaten theirs. Even though they offered a complimentary glass of wine to my wife as compensation; this was inadequate to overcome our disappointment We then noted that the waitress was sorting the linen in the restaurant area. Not very professional. There was no shortage of staff, just poor organisation and management. We will think twice about re-booking.

Lovely hotel and room with great and very helpful staff. The breakfast was fantastic (didn't eat in the evening) in a lovely dinning area. Great location and I'm sure we will be back one day as overall Hexham is a gem of a place for a couple of nights away. Excellent value for money also for the quality of hotel.

Amazing Hotel with fantastic, friendly staff. A refreshingly different boutique hotel experience in a lovely town. There is a Saturday farmers market, lots of local restaurants and places to see. Highly recommended!

This lovely hotel is conveniently based in Hexham town centre. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere being comfortably appointed and very well decorated throughout. The bedrooms are of a good size with a nice en-suite. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good choice of food available. All staff are both friendly and helpful. This is a lovely place to stay at.

A group of us stayed here on Friday June 21st for my daughters wedding at Hexham House the following day. From arrival to departure the service was excellent. Our room was gorgeous the staff amazing and the meal on Saturday after the ceremony was fantastic. Special thanks to John who not only made sure everything went to plan but went way beyond to ensure it was just perfect. I look forward to visiting soon. Thank you so much

Had a wonderful twin room on the top floor. Huge amount of space and a charming balcony to enjoy the fine weather. Staff were all brilliant and couldn’t be more helpful, or knowledgeable about the fine beers on offer at the bar. Will definitely return with the missus.
