I traveled alone and for work. I stayed in the suite, I experienced the Azur baths and had dinner two nights at La Despensa... But before talking about the quality of the room, the food and the spa, I want to highlight the human quality that there is in this hotel. Quality that is warmth, familiarity, shelter, pampering, care and containment. I arrived really sick, with the flu that made me fear that perhaps the next day I wouldn't be able to get up to do the work for which I had traveled to Córdoba. Already at the reception, with the check-in, Abigail asked me if I wanted them to go buy me something at the pharmacy. He took my suitcase and every time he passed me that and the following days he asked me how I was. In the afternoon, in the tour they usually do for guests, both Matías and Daniela were also attentive. Instead of wine, they served me a tea with honey, lemon and ginger that was meant to resurrect a dead person. And I have to thank him for his effectiveness. At the spa, Natalia (the manager) was also aware of this situation. Her work really stood out more than just being in charge. I saw her two days. And he was covering the receptionist position at the same time as his own and he was in absolutely all the details. And Meli gave me some relaxing massages that also helped a lot to my improvement. And even Santiago, the general manager, who is one more and is taking care of every little thing, was aware of everything. So the first and most valuable thing for me is this great team, which works like a family. And in this you can also see the "boutique". Now, let's talk a little about the other services. Through my work, I can say that I am an experienced traveler in quality and luxury hotels. Azur really qualifies as such. The room had all the minimum amenities that should be required of a hotel: silence, privacy, cleanliness, a comfortable bed and a perfect shower (water temperature and pressure). What makes it sophisticated is the amount of added values ​​that were added to this minimal apar**ent: exquisite fragrance, coffee machine, minibar, tea and mate equipment, electric kettle, king bed with an a la carte pillow menu, excellent amenities with yerba mate shampoo and conditioner with a dispenser to use at will (due to my long hair and the quantity, I always have the problem that I can't have enough shampoo and conditioner), super fluffy towels, bathrobe and slippers, a large TV , hot and cold air conditioning to regulate on demand and a welcome letter with a fruit water and some delicatessen. I still have to talk about the restaurant but they are calling me to board... Unfortunately, I am returning. But I hope to return soon.
