A real find. Great location close to key sites. Restaurants close to hand but not audible at night. Lovely sized studio with great shower room and daily cleaning lady and with roof terrace. Only 7 rooms so really quiet. Cafe with courtyard on site for breakfast or lunch but again closes at 6pm so no noise. Even has a glass floor so you can see the historic remains under the building, plus a room to leave luggage. Helpful friendly staff. Real gem and would definitely return.

Sehr freundliches unkompliziertes Check in. Grosses sauberes Apar**ent. Im Januar gut heizbar! Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Schöne Dachterrasse! Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine gute Cafeteria wo das Frühstück eingenommen werden kann. Gute Restauranttipps! Gerne empfehlen wir dieses zentral gelegene Apar**ent weiter.

Super clean, super well located, very nice staff, very well equipped, very quiet. Perfect for spending all day walking around and relaxing at night having a quiet dinner since it doesn't lack anything. The cafeteria is also very nice, good product, good service and very reasonable prices. Near everything. It has been a perfect stay.

Apartamentos fantásticos, bien situados y comunicados, modernos, completamente equipados y con una atención increíble. Cuidan hasta el mínimo detalle, pendientes hasta de que siempre tengas aceite, vinagre, azúcar etc Limpieza inmejorable y diaria. Un lugar para repetir sin duda alguna.

A great find when we were looking for some where else. Lovely coffee, nice tostados, friendly waiter who spoke good English. Recommended for breakfast, and probably much more. Nice and quiet. Close to the mosque and river. Got to keep writing to fill up the 200 spaces.

My husband and I had really nice stay. It’s close to residential hotel than just rental apar**ents. The building had all rental apar**ents and there are a small courtyard and a cafe for breakfast and lunch. There’s a reception desk like near the front door but only for morning and until 2pm. We arrived there around 4pm and they sent me the front door code. The building looked new and very modern. Our studio apar**ent was not big but not too small either. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was good size and nice shower booth with good water pressure. They even did cleaning of the apar**ent next day. It was very close to major attraction sites. I would definitely recommend this apar**ent to my friends and family.

Camera comoda a piano terra, con tutto l'occorrente.. Cucina fornita di tutto, bagno grande e letto comodo.. Non gli manca niente.. Vicinissima al centro alla cattedrale e al ponte romano. Bar sotto la strurrota Parcheggio vicino 16€ al giorno. Lo coniglio

Wonderful small apar**ent well located in Cordoba. everything was in walking distance from here and we were advised to park in a free parking lot across the bridge which was helpful. The room was cozy and comfy and the kitchen was well stocked.Our room was very quiet in spite of the fact there was a coffee shop on site but it generally closed early and did not start early in the morning.We received daily cleaning which was a bonus, Although the kitchen had a just a microwave and stove to it was adequate, but the bonus was having a washing machine. Staff were super friendly and checkin was so easy. highly recommended

Eu e mau marido ficamos 4 dias neste flat o qual nos ofereceu todas a =s comodidades que precisávamos ! As fotos condizem com o local. Ùnico inconveniente i termos chegado de uma viagem longa no horário de 14 hs e a porta de entrada estava fechada ! Tivemos que mandar msg pelo WatsApp ao número que estava na porta . Fiquei meio apreensiva pois não sabia se iríamos ter que esperar muito tempo, No site o horários de Check in estava das 12 ás 19 hs sendo estávamos no horário. Fomos atendidos logo após termos ligado e o funcionário nos veio atender! Há uma cafeteria muito simpática ao lado e o Flat fica próximo ao centro histórico ! Não há estacionamento e para nós brasileiros se torna caro devido ao valor do Euro.
