I am visiting Columbia for the first time. True embodiment of the Columbian culture, kindness, knowledge were all truly embodied by Jose and Anna. I had an amazing experience! If you want a place to get away and relax this is it! It was like staying in a place of such natural beauty and all the Columbian biodiversity represented all in one place. The rooms were super comfortable and clean. The property is beautiful for exploring and relaxation. The meals were fresh from farm and home cooked with amazing taste, near Michelin level food! Jose and Anna were extremely and genuinely kind and caring and knowledgeable about all aspects of Columbia as well as of course the history of chocolate. I discovered the exciting and delicious process of making chocolate from seed to bar, and the process of making a high quality chocolate. The love and care they have for their property as well as their guests is evident in everything they do. In addition, any questions about things to do in Periera, Jose and Anna have your back! I will definitely come back and stay when I come back to visit Columbia!

Accueil très chaleureux par les deux propriétaires...expérience et explications fascinantes et complètes concernant la culture du cacao. Visite de la plantation avec le couple charmant des propriétaires...une découverte étonnante et un moment inoubliable pour tous ceux qui aiment et apprécient le bon chocolat et qui s'intéressent à la question d'où et comment on obtient à la base un cacao d'exception ... pour en faire un chocolat d'exception Rosette & Guy

Un accueil sympathique et chaleureux d’Anna et José, 2 passionnés du cacao. Ils nous ont reçus à bras ouverts dans leurs merveilleuse Finca avec une végétation florissante, d’excellents repas…et surtout sans oublier la préparation du cacao… Nous ne pourrons plus jamais déguster du chocolat sans penser à Anna et José. Un dépaysement total. Un enchantement avec les magnifiques oiseaux colorés. Un séjour inoubliable. Marie-Claude et Gilbert de Luxembourg

Un séjour inoubliable chez José et Ana Maria nos hôtes qui ont été aux petits soins avec nous ,le lieu est magique au milieu d’une végétation luxuriante .nous avons découvert le procédé du chocolat de la graine à la barre passionnant et délicieux ,nous avons ramené un bon échantillon de leur production pour un bon chocolat chaud les soirées d’hiver. J’ai passé mon soixantième anniversaire en compagnie de nos hôtes passionnants qui nous ont fait découvrir l’histoire de la Colombie . Je recommande fortement cette adresse authentique et hors des sentiers battus.

Jose & Ana were perfect hosts. Jose has so much knowledge of Colombia, extraordinary story teller too. Ana speaks great French, always looking out for clients. Food was of Colombian origin, very delicious. We felt like family here. The cocoa tour was tasty & informative. Already planning our 2025 visit .

Una experiencia inolvidable. El lugar tiene una historia increíble y Ana y José hacen que uno se sienta como en casa. La experiencia de chocolate es espectacular!! Se aprende un montón sobre la historia del cacao y cómo es que hoy lo podemos consumir como chocolate. José nos enseña sobre el proceso y al final tenemos el placer de degustar el mejor chocolate del mundo (producido en la finca, por supuesto). La experiencia de palmas también es espectacular, así como la visita de los pueblos aledaños. Este lugar tiene todo lo que se busca en el Eje Cafetero: paisajes espectaculares, café, cacao, pueblos, tour en willys, gente maravillosa y una finca tradicional, que con la experiencia que ofrece, se convierte en una finca única. Gracias Ana y José 🥰🥰🥰
