Was a decent hotel in a good location.
Very quiet and clean. Everything seemed perfect except the chaotic reception. There wasn't proper front desk and the hotel staff looked they didn't really care about anything. Check-in wasn't very smooth but still we got our room, had a lukewarm spa experience.

Le bâtiment est sublime mais c’est la seule chose remarquable que nous ayons trouvée dans notre séjour. À l’arrivée déjà, la réception est tellement déceptive. Sommes accueillis au milieu de bagages par une jeune femme seule en réception, qui répond au téléphone, à un collègue, part nous chercher de l’eau… ça dure… La chambre pourtant de catégorie supérieure est cheap avec un halogène, des portes de placard branlantes, une salle de bain minable et usée. Parce qu’il y avait un nuage, mon mari a dû batailler 15 mn pour qu’on nous serve un verre dans le joli patio… et le dîner a été un désastre avec mon mari et moi gravement intoxiqués. Bref, l’expérience a été terrible et j’en suis d’autant plus déçue que l’hôtel paraissait merveilleux.

Palacio del Bailio in Cordoba is a lovely hotel and facility. I went to their spa and had the 30 minute relaxing back massage with Paco. It was definitely relaxing AND truly delightful! If you’re going to Cordoba it is definitely worth a visit to the hotel and their spa.
