We booked to stay here, but were forced to cancel because of medical emergency and could not travel. The hotel offered no refund, or postponement (as we will go to cordoba one day), as we had not cancelled 7 days before, (how could we?), and had to pay the full amount. The attitude of the H10 group to this situation was very disappointing and obviously we will not be booking ever again in any of their hotels. Hopefully our travel insurance will have a more understanding attitude.

Everything was perfect and just amazing. Hotel is placed in one of the most beautiful historic building in Cordoba, on the main square. You can walk to all of the tourist attractions (at most 15min walk); train station also on a walkable distance. Lot's of restaurant and bars just minutes of walk from the hotel. Welcomed by a friendly staff, you step into the amazing interior of the hotel. Room was big, clean, with comfy bed and an amazing view of the main square. Loved the big walk-in shower in the bathroom. There is a lobby bar with the terrace on the main square. And then the rooftop bar, with the views of the city and main square - perfect place to enjoy a drink and relax. Though, it is bit small and was usually full - but when you get a place, you're in for the real treat. Pool area on the ground floor looked nice. Breakfast is served in the welcoming inner patio. Overall it was good with decent choices, but I got spoiled with the much better breakfast offer at H10 in Sevilla, so I say - it can be improved.

wir hatten das zimmer 002 im erdgeschoss beim pool das zimmer war gross sauber einfach alles top haben das hotel schon das zweite mal gebucht und waren wieder begeistert schon bei der ankunft fühlt man sich willkommen das einzigste was mich persönlich gestöhrt hat dass es im bad sehr kühl war da keine heizung das frühstück war top von allem was dabei und auch das personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

this is a beautiful hotel, but their room service/food service was really less than convenient. We were given two tickets for drinks but could never use it as it was in a area that we did not use. We wanted to use it at the roof top bar, but were not allowed to. The breakfast is also just OK compared to other hotels we were in. Staff was wonderful.
