I arrived late Monday 9th March 2026 around 11pm. I got lost and called the hotel
A lady answered, her customer service was outstanding, her English was brilliant. I was very tired and a bit distressed, I was amazed how she put me at ease. Could you please thank her.
When I arrived there was another young lady at reception with the lady I had spoken to.
They were very welcoming, both were outstanding. Very lucky to have them on your team ♥️
There is nothing I could fault, bed and sheets were beautiful and very comfortable, lovely big bath towel. Outstanding Breakfast. Opening doors to a beautiful outlook.
Definitely 💯 outstanding value and service
I would most definitely 💯 stay again, beautiful stunning grounds and when I left in the morning the guy on reception was outstanding too, very helpful with making sure I was looked after and arranging a taxi 🚖

The hotel is nice, with many shops nearby and convenient access to famous attractions. There are plenty of bars around, and the view from the bridge near the hotel is stunning, especially for taking photos of the sunset.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Córdoba, making it suitable for those with a car. Parking is convenient, and the hotel environment is quite nice. The downside is that the soundproofing is terrible. If a tour group stays until midnight, you can hear the conversations next door very clearly, and you can basically only get some sleep in the early hours of the morning.

The property is located outside the city center in a quiet residential area with free parking. We used the car to get around; there's a bus to the city center that stops right outside the hotel. The pool is nice. The rooms are a little dated, but the hotel amenities are good.
