Fully equipped apartments in an excellent location. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. At reception, very friendly at all times, they let us check out later since we had a race and wanted to shower. I will definitely stay at this accommodation again.

In these apartments we suffered a robbery. Upon returning from one of our visits to the city, and upon entering our apartment, we discovered that they had opened a package of unused cookies, eating two of them. When we entered the bathroom we also saw how a travel perfume had been stolen. We informed the manager and he told us that he would contact the external cleaning company that they must have hired. We waited for an explanation that did not come and we were forced to request a claim form with compensation, not only for the theft, but also for violating our apartment and our vacation. From that day on we asked that the apartment not be cleaned and every time we went out we took the few valuable things we brought with us. We do not recommend renting it. Of course they have a very big insecurity problem and anyone who rents can be even more upset.

Very good location in the downtown area, but the car has to be left a 10-minute walk away. Sofa bed moves a little and the screen leaks a little water but in general good value for money.

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE A COMPLAINT, DO NOT COME HERE When we booked at this place we contacted the accommodation to inform us about the cameras, they confirmed that there were, but we should not worry because they recorded the license plate and sent it to the town hall of Córdoba so that there would be no complaint, since it was access to the accommodation. What is our surprise that a month and a half after the visit we have received two complaints from the Córdoba city council regarding access to one of the streets to reach the accommodation. (Also, there is no doubt because we parked the car and did not move it, and he even gave us the name of the street and it is the entrance and exit for the La Fuente apartments). We contacted the accommodation and they have had a lot of inconsistency among the staff who work there, but one of them confirmed to us that it was their mistake for not writing down the license plate correctly, we gave it to them at the entrance and at the exit, we confirmed it many times. One admits that it is their mistake, and another, when faced with no way out, says that the mistake is ours and we have to take responsibility for paying the fines. The only good thing about it is the location, but the rest is disastrous. Therefore, if you do not want to see yourself like us, having to pay for a mistake that is not ours, DO NOT book here. Surely there are other accommodations that stand up for their clients, have a good location and better presentation than this one. It's a shame that such a special trip has left us with this bad memory.

A very good place, curious and useful apartment for the price. A beautiful and loved place, its roof terrace with a mini pool. Only drawback, I have been traveling for many years and the cost of parking is the most expensive I have ever seen... and unfortunately necessary since the area is for residents. If you want to park or take it more than a kilometer or 15 euros per night. Excessively expensive.

Well located for sightseeing, very good quality/price ratio, clean and cozy
