Avoid this hotel at all costs. It is dirty, rundown and the staff lies consistently. There are several hotels in Germantown that I have stayed at over the years and this is by far the worst. Our TV didn’t work our entire 4 night stay despite reporting it on night one. They advertised housekeeping every 3 days and on day 3 we requested it and they never showed. The shower also didn’t work properly. Water only came out through the ‘wand’ and not the overhead shower head. Again, this was reported and got no response. The icing on the cake is that this stay was paid for by points. The GM said he would give us a 30,000 point refund for all our problems and we have it in writing. He has only given us 10,000. Poorly built and dirty hotel, horrible service and a lying GM. Your money/points deserve better. If you are locked into Bonvoy, there is a full service Marriott very close by. I am shocked by this treatment. I was Ambassador level for many years until I retired. I have lifetime Titanium status with Marriott and still got this treatment. If this is how they treat their best customers, no one is safe from them. They are clearly prioritizing profit over customer experience. Most Marriotts know how to both simultaneously but this place fails miserably and the GM is an. ‘In your face’ liar.
