A very nice resort, with many pools and access to the beach. Many entertainment options. Breakfast quite varied and delicious. Water is free. Exceptional staff. A really cozy place, highly recommended. There are some areas that need maintenance. Good value for money.

Floors are prone to accident since its slippery specially near the pool at the main lobby, and near the ramps. Very slow service, they gave us our room at 5pm already we arrived on time for check in, no communication between front desks to front desk so you have to walk from front desk to another front desk if you have concerns. I would suggest all staffs to bring walkie talkie for smooth communucation for costumer concern. Poor customer assistance. Smelly water drains near the parking area.

It’s for families with kids. Unfortunately the water park was close this week but the hotel have a lot of pool and activities to offer. Room is big and spacious and feels so relaxing.
