The room was lovely and had the basics of what we needed. The only downfalls were the window being in the corner and the heating system not working as the room was still cold but everything else was perfect for a night. Right in the city centre so you don’t need buses or taxis for exploring the city.

The location of this hotel is very good, yet quiet and prosperous. 
Due to flight delays, we arrived early in the morning, but the hotel has a 24-hour front desk service, so there was no problem checking in early in the morning.
Entering the room, the hotel is very spacious and the space feels very comfortable and leisurely👍

From airport the hotel is under €20 taxi and from then on in everything in city is easy walkable.
Was there for Greyhound meeting and once again cheap taxi trip.
Only thing missing in Cork centre was a decent curry house

The staff were fantastic from the moment I got there till I left hotel is absolutely spotless the guys in the bar were so nice plus the porter guy as well food was 💯 will definitely be coming back .Hotel is so central to get around we got a complimentary cocktail when we arrived

Parking is a little awkward given their contract arrangement is with a car park a couple of minutes walk away. The property itself is great. Beautiful rooms, extremely comfortable beds and powerful showers. My only issue was the climate control for the room as the control had been locked out and could only be changed centrally. As a result, the room was a little cooler than I’d have liked especially as it was -5 outside but overall I’m happy to stay here again

The receptionist was proficient but not friendly. The bartender was grumpy but the beds were comfy and one shower delightful. None of the staff seemed cheerful or comfortable working there. There was no one in sight to offer assistance with bags when the ten of us checked out of our rooms.
