We were assigned a room with a wooden door that connected to the next door. The most annoying thing was that it was facing the bar downstairs of the hotel. There were people banging and singing late at night. We couldn't stand it anymore, so we asked the waiter to go downstairs to communicate with the guests. As a result, the noise became louder and louder. Finally, we were moved to a room far away from the bar. I don't know how they arranged it. Did they really not know that it would be noisy facing the bar downstairs?

It’s over priced for such an aged hotel. There were new furniture but u can see and smell the wear off of the hotel. Old carpet that u don’t want to walk bare foot; very basic toilet fittings ( no single hook for hanging clothes).
U r paying for the location that is so close to the high street. I jz moved on to a 25% cheaper in Merrion square Dublin… it’s so fantastic…what a relief !!!
