I couldn't have reserved a room with a bathtub (negotiated and changed it), the room service menu was old, and when I came from Japan, I wondered "Why does that happen?" Things happen, but it's Ireland, so ... I am not dissatisfied with the customer service, the cleanliness of the room, and the facilities! I still want to use it.
