Reception: Very cheery and assistive staff, Abbey was fantastic in assisting us. Room / facilities: Room number 309 is on the 3rd floor and is clean, with a king bed, masses of pillows, and a car park view. Despite this view it is still quiet in the room. There is a large writing desk, two very large single chairs, clothes hanging area, tea and coffee facilities. The room does not have air conditioning but does have a window that opens. Laundry: Not available at hotel Parking: Ample car parking is available, but does fill quickly when functions are on at the hotel. Wifi: Complementary and extremely poor reception and speed in our room. No validation or password required. The wifi was so terrible in our room, the signal dropped out every few seconds and is frustrating to use. We had to go to reception area to sit and get a stable suitable signal. Breakfast: Available for additional cost, but not utilised on this stay. Conclusion: Comfortable room, nice staff. Letdowns: Terrible wifi signal and speed No luggage bag rack for bags. Location / Nearby: Beautiful bush setting, but you are a drive from everywhere. Getting to hotel: If arriving by car, best use GPS
