Good. Pretty great actually. I was given a free upgrade very easily just by asking. I was delighted with the room. Also staff and service this was very nice. Very comfy bed, good services, not too loud, cleanliness pretty good . It was unfortunate I couldn't use the swimming pool after Hours, it could be open till midnight? and spa services were closed by the time I arrived that evening, (I would like them to see them going on later). On ringing room service I found there was more on the menu than was written to be the case on the menu. Although one staff member misinformed me a little about there being no open takeaways nearby. Maybe I missed out on one that was open because she said there wasn't any.
I wasn't informed by bar staff that room service was provided so late in the night. Nonetheless I managed to get dinner from room service eventually and cheaper things were available on the menu then I had thought. I was only one bottle of water left in the room and I didn't no if I could drink the tap water .Probably I would like to see the front desk open all evening to buy hot chocolate or get drinks etc, and the reception open 24

Very inviting, modern but quaint. Great ballroom for events. The food at The Brasserie, an on site restaurant, was great. Had a fabulous facial in their zen spa- ask for Debbie, she has magic hands with a sweet and calming energy. Overall what a great stay!

Great Location to visit cork city plenty of car parking space, train service to cork (Kent) less than ten minutes walk to the train station, the train station Little island is in between cork one way and Cobh the other way. The room in the hotel well spacious could have done with more lighting a bit dark in the room ever with the curtains open, Tea and coffee facility and a safe. Breakfast was Excellent. The pool and gym very clean. we had drinks in Bar in the evening. Didn't have any meal in the restaurant, staff were friendly and helpful in all areas.

We attended a communion lunch at the Radisson on Saturday. The room, the facilities, the staff and food were all amazing! The smaller details from music to having suncream on Hand for the children as it was a glorious day, nothing was missed. Glenn, Ruth, and the team were a pleasure. Everyone enjoyed the day. Would highly recommend for a family event!

Superior king room ...Coffee machine not working, bathroom ventilation not working, air con not working, heating not working (we are not feeling well after a cold night), access room at 16:30, no shower gel, no requested toothbrush and toothpaste, short time to enjoy spa and pool, staff speaking just english. Rude lady deputy manager. General manager not on duty and not answering my email.

Lovely hotel, excellent pool & Gym. Bedroom large and comfortable. Love the little cafe in hotel for snacks and coffee. . Lovely everything about this hotel , located near Jack Lynch tunnell and ring road. Great value for money too. Easy checkin/ Checkout
