This was an excellent stay at the Kinglsey. All of the team is very welcoming and the amenities are very good. The food was amazing too. I recommend to visit the spa and the outside pool for a full experience.

I'm coming away with mixed feelings about this place. The spa and treatments were great and the outdoor hot tub is a definite plus. The room was very pleasant but it had a few problems. The toilet was very difficult to flush. The table was very wonky and shaky and I couldn't work at it. So I went down to front desk to ask for it to be fixed or replaced but I seemed to be invisible to the two men behind the front desk, as two other male customers arrived there after me, and both were served before me. Only when the lady at the front desk became free, I managed to get anywhere. What's going on there? The bedroom was nice, spacious, corner room with two big windows and very comfy bed. Not sure I'll book in there again though.

We spent 3 nights in the Kingsley with excellent service from all staff throughout our stay. The bar and kitchen staff were able accommodate serving us dinner within a 20 minute window on our first evening with no fuss. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, again with attentive staff. Highly recommended

This Hotel is beautiful. It has an amazing pool facilities such as jacuzzi , sauna , pool and the added extra of the outdoor hydro pool. The room facilities were great. The bed was super comfy , the staff were very accommodating. When I rang downstairs for more items they had them up to me in a few mins. There is a separate area for the desk /wardrobe and then In the bathroom there is a very large bath which has taps on the side so they are not in the way , double sink , a seperate large shower and there is a shower too attached to the bath

Excellent hotel. Stayed with my family, really enjoyed our stay, everything was better than I expected, would definitely stay here again as I thought it was outstanding. Also the staff were extremely helpful as my partner had a health issue during our stay.
