The location is right next to the castle. You can choose to go directly to the castle after breakfast so that you can queue up in a short line to get to the castle. The breakfast is rich.

What a lovely stay! Room was fantastic, location is incredible, amenities were great, and the staff was so helpful. Would 100% recommend and would absolutely return.

The hotel is very distinctive, very close to the castle, it only takes a few minutes to walk there. It is a good choice for visiting the castle, there are restaurants and large shops next to the hotel. The entire hotel is decorated with a great a**osphere, and the facilities are well maintained. The front desk is very enthusiastic~

This is an excellent property in a great location. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast very good. It's an easy walk to Blarney Castle and a good jumping off point for a drive down the southern coast. The room was large (by European standards), well-appointed, and very clean and quiet. We highly recommend this property.

$100/night hotel that benefits from a great location. No refrigerator available even when you need it for medication. Had to use the bar fridge. No air conditioning which is common in Ireland but the hallway had air conditioning not the rooms. Bathroom was kinda beat up with mold on the grout. Carpet had stains. No water in the room. No ice available. Again had to get it from the bar. Wouldn’t mind if the hotel was less than $200/night but it closer to $300/night. Bed was comfortable but didn’t make up for the price and the lackluster hotel room. Great if you just want to walk to castle but I would not stay there again.

Hotel, shop, resaurant and bar all in one complex with more than adequate parking. We used this as a stopping off point to visit Cork. The hotel is a grand building with loads of original features as does the bar (where guests can dine in the evenings) There is also a separate dining area in the restaurant for guests to have breakfast. It is a massive 'Irish' shopping experience and as such is on the American-visit Ireland and find your roots-experience. It is worthwhile watching them wandering about like sheep and buying everything 'Irish' in sight. (Pity about their lack of manners). As usual in Eire the staff were exemplary and the food very good if a little too much (we found this elsewhere in Eire).

The hotel reception staff were very helpful. The room was nicely decorated and a perfect temperature. Bathroom shower excellent with quality products. Breakfast was very good.
