The hotel was lovely, great location and friendly staff. We ate in the hotel on the first evening and the food was very good, and reasonably priced. Good selection of drinks too. We were out on a day trip the next day and the night porter let us out at 4.30am without any issues. Used the gym and pool the following day and both are perfectly acceptable.

Wonderful stay at Celtic Ross. The team leadership to be highly praised as the staff are all exceptionally kind, friendly, informative, efficient and helpful. Rooms, and locality all excellent. Added bonus was the beautiful estuary room view. Breakfast superb!! Dinner absolutely sublime food!!

Stayed here a few times and can definitely see the difference in everything.. the rooms and bathrooms need to be renovated. The beds are very comfortable. The menu at dinner needs to have more of a choice on there. Breakfast wasn’t as nice as previous times was a big let down. They were charging for lattes at the breakfast - they didn’t do this before… was not worth the money we paid for it at all.. disappointed now…

Celtic Ross Hotel is very well located and comfortable. The facilities are good and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Had a recent stay in your hotel. Some staff were really kind and helpful particularly at reception and another server in the kingfisher bar, he was a very enthusiastic waiter! One bar man refused cocktails with no reason just said blankly no too busy and didn’t give us a timeframe. At that time he stayed chatting with staff at the bar and didn’t seem too busy… He was quite rude and talked about how he couldn’t wait to finish work.. once it got quieter he didn’t even offer the cocktails. Something to keep in mind. Also keys stopped working for our room twice. Once at check in the keys didn’t work when we arrived and the next day after breakfast our keys didn’t work again. Was annoying going up and down the stairs for this. Other than that the location was fabulous, food was lovely and comfortable stay and would still return as the positives out way the negatives. I have recommended two other friends to come and stay who are booking with you!
