Very good hotel! Nice staff and attentive! After registering at the reception, we visited the luxurious pool with a jacuzzi, with delicious signature cocktails from the restaurant! For bath lovers there is a sauna and hammam. After the pool, we relaxed in the Lobi on the first floor, had a delicious dinner and listened to a wonderful DJ! In the morning after the gym, we visited the Sofia restaurant, on the roof of the hotel, with a beautiful view of the city and delicious food. I would like to mention breakfasts for every taste, and there is also one for vegans. We rested in the spacious room 301, we really liked that the room had a shower and a huge bathroom! Comfortable mattresses and pillows for sleeping. Considering that we went to bed late, we were rested in the morning!

First, the good things. The food was good and the hotel is finished well. However, the rooms are a bit too minimalist for the price that is being charged. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights but had no wardrobe to store my clothes. Hooks and 2 (yes, just 2) hangers are provided but are not sufficient. The room does have a record player, which is quirky but not practical. I had a problem with the shower where the water built up in the tray quite quickly. I'm not sure if that was purely down to the design of the drain (in the shower) or not.

Extremely nice hotel. Very modern with some nice quirky décor and room amenities. We had Record player with a couple of very scratched LP's which we did listen to and great selection of room drinks and snacks. Fabulous bathroom with lovely shower. Friendly and helpful staff. 2 Minor criticisms Check in is in the bar area and there is loud music and a DJ (I think weekends only?) this made it hard to hear the reception staff when getting details and asking questions. There was also very limited hanging or cupboard space for clothes. No drawers or wardrobe and just 5 or 6 pegs and 2 hangers which for a double room is not enough.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, full of life, wonderful staff, great music in foyer, tasty breakfasts catering for all types. No complaints from us, we had a great time. A special shout out to Sam McCormick ,one of the very helpful managers.

Staff lovely at check in, lobby beautiful. Pool area fab. Breakfast good - try and get it included. However the rooms are very disappointing. Very small - it was like being trapped in a small box. Room full of fancy gadgets like a Smeg fridge and record player and an outrageously priced mini bar but it's style over substance. Our record player did not work. The rooms were not comfortable and overpriced.Walls paper thin and we were unlucky to be nextdoor to a couple who were drunk and fought all night long so it was hard to sleep. We phoned reception and they did come up and knock on the door but the fighting went on all night. I would say go and have a meal in the restaurant which is great but stay somewhere else.

I stayed here for two nights for work. 1st night was awful. My room was pretty much in the train station with another train line directly under the room.Horns going. Before Sorcha replies to this. This is not noise because it's in city centre. A man at check-in was given an option of a quiet room. I was not. I changed the second night and just got a drink voucher. 200 for a night of no sleep. Room is very small with unnecessary mini bar. Bathroom is nice size. In Sophies on both nights I got steak. I by chance took a picture of dinner on first night. The steak on the second night had no garnish really, three potatoes. I sent it back. For 45 euro knowing what I got the day before. It returned with two carrots. I feel if you complain is this place it's not really listened to. But the waiting staff were nice there. I just thing this is a very over rated location. If you want sleep, comfort and value for money it's not really this place

Loved the design. Loved the room, and the staff was great! This was a surprisingly incredible place to stay. Wish it was closer to other things but the walk isn’t bad at all and actually add to the experience. Request a city view so you’re not placed by the train station. It’s kind of noisy at the night. We stayed in The JOE suite and Loved the size! Our friends booked a more standard room and it was definitely smaller… heat can be a little issue at night… All the bedding seems to be real down and thick cotton so don’t be surprised if you get a little shhhhhweaty 😉. Nothing to worry about. This is Definitely THE place.
