Staff was friendly. The only problem I had here on our six night stay was on day three around 9:30am I heard someone unlocking our door. Thankfully I had the inside safety lock on the door because they didn't even even knock. I went to the door and there was a woman there and also the man who checked us in on Monday evening. I asked if I could help them and the woman asked hastily "Are you checking out at 11?" I told her "No, we are registered until Sunday." She didn't even apologize for trying to barge into our room.

Hairs in bed, door would not lock and window would not close all the way letting cold air in all night. Absolutely worst experience in hotel ever.

Gross. Filthy! Black mold around inside of windows and on floor grout in bathroom. Had a horrid odor of greasy food and ****. Left after first night of a two night stay.

Under renovations. Power went out in the morning and was out for hours. No back up. When I checked out it was still out. I had to get ready in the dark. Couldn’t dry my hair. Manager didn’t even address it when I checked out.
