The apartments are fine, they have everything you need. If you plan long stay more then 4 days be avair that they clean the rooms once in 6 days. I had to give notice to the desk so the cleaning service would come. To expensive for the old furniture.

The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable and very comfortable. We explained the exceptional situation to the reception staff and they were consulting with the management and returned us the second night. I wanted to thank publicly for the empathy they had and for the facility despite the cancellation policy saying that it could not be cancelled. The hotel is very friendly and helpful. Please do not live in this hotel, it’s basically not in Barcelona, you have to take the public transportation up to 1 hour to get to Barcelona by transferring at least twice. The wi-fi is too unstable to even watch youtube video. Most importantly, some staff are NOT capable of their jobs. On the first day I came here, I called the reception and asked about the laundry fee, a Tall Thin old man told me and emphasized twice that the laundry fee is included in the room and said they would ask people to pick up my clothes. However, nobody came. When I called again, a middle-aged woman told me that I have to drop the clothes in the reception because they don’t have time for me now. As she said, I went down with my bag of clothes. However, an old man in the reception said I should not give them the clothes but to leave in my room. But they can ask people to drop the clothes in my room and then took them to the laundry. What a mess! When I picked up my laundry I was surprised that there was a long bill since the guy in reception clearly said the lauded was in the room fee. And when I went to the reception and asked, the girl with long blond hair confront with me and acted very condescending. To quote exactly what she said ‘No, you must misunderstood, you room even did not include the breakfast, it came with nothing, only the wi-fi. Laundry fee is not in the room, everyone knows!’ I explained patiently multiple times and asked her to maybe ask her college because I didn’t tell a lie but she rolled her eyes and literally said ‘I can’t do anything, if you don’t understand, you go ask my boss’ and pointed to the boss (an old man stand right besides her talking to another customer). Before I opened my mouth, this girl talked in Spanish to her ‘boss’ first and the old guy frowned. I was pretty sure she tell the truth. I didn’t say I don’t want to pay the laundry, but I have to check what I heard. The way these staff did their jobs and solve problems were one hundred percent unprofessional and annoying. I love traveling in Barcelona but these few people just made our impression on Spanish hotels go down.

Stayed here as part of a tour. Twin room was generous in size. Able to comfortably put two suitcases on the floor and moved around it. There was a stocked bar fridge, a safe. We were able to open the window widely. The room was a bit warm but we turned the aircon right down which helped. Being two females on the first floor but essentially ground floor level, we were not keen to leave our window open overnight. The bathroom was a good size with the shower over the bath and water pressure was pretty good. Hairdryer also in the bathroom. A clean neat hotel with friendly, helpful staff! I’ts a decent distance from town but only a bus ride away. Catch the number 63 bus. The bus does not accept cash so take a card for payment. Would recommend.

The hotel itself was fine but it was promoted as a hotel near the airport. In fact, it was about a 12 minute drive away, and with the taxi cost, I would have been better to stay at the airport with the more costly hotels. My room was spatious and my bathroom was clean and contained a bath. The room was quite basic and plain, but functional. I think a picture on the wall would have helped give some character or atmosphere. The hotel is quite near the tram stop which is good for getting into Barcelona once ones works this out.

I have been staying in this structure several times and, unfortunately, I was completely disappointed at the last time. In fact, the experience at the reception, usually always unfair, immediately after I have provided my identity card, I ask for payment by card, the employee takes my card and despite returning my name and name asks me to to give him the one with which I booked online, telling me that I had to check my identity, now I wonder, you have my document in your hand, you have my card with which I want to check the room in advance, I am a customer with dozens of nights, why should I show the card I booked with? And if I left it in Italy? It's really unfortunate to be treated as if I were a non-reliable person. We come to the room, in and temperature is intolerable, too warm and a disturbing bad smell, I'm acting the conditioning plant by supporting the absurd noise it was making. After a while I decided to shut off it and go to my job date. When I come back to the evening again, I am very tired of the trip, I simply decide to turn off the conditioning without warning the reception because I should certainly have waited for the maintenance. It was not finished, the room was covered with a layer of powder not worthy of a 4-star structure, but also a pension, the furniture was ruined, smacked, squeezed with the risk of finding some wooden stains. The receptionist has made me clear this, but I am quick and quite disappointing that they have not chosen this structure after so long.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, especially Oscar, he went above and beyond to help us in our queries. He always had a smile and his customer service was excellent. The hotel is also close to amenities such as McDonald’s, shopping and Airport I would highly recommend the place also not forgetting Yusarah.
