We had lunch with friends on a very crowded day in Corniglia. Despite the frenetic pace dictated by the tourists, the waiter welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. We ordered first courses, spaghetti with clams, paccheri with capers, tagliatelle with pesto and the house tagliolini. Each of us was satisfied with our choice, each dish was rich and tasty. Compliments to the kitchen and the waiter. Honest prices. We will definitely be back!!

My fiancée and I stayed here August 2022. Super friendly waiters. We ordered a liter of house wine (very good), and a plate of spaghetti with seafood for two. Never seen (and I repeat NEVER) such a quality/quantity/price ratio. We spent €17 each but we ate a plate of excellent quality spaghetti, full of fish and above all super abundant (we filled the plate more than twice each). Reservation required. Super recommended place. VERY GOOD👍🏼👍🏼🇮🇹🇮🇹

small restaurant in the center of Corniglia. Courteous waiters, fairly quick service, very good fish starter and then we had a seafood risotto for 2 (definitely too abundant, it was fine for 4 people). The bill was fair, they even gave us a discount because we were staying at their B&B. I advise.

We had dinner in this place on recommendation, taking two first courses. Honestly excellent quality in the two dishes, friendly waiter (until the bill), quick turnaround times. Terrible coffee at a cost of €2.50! Covered 3 euros! In practice, between water (two bottles), coffee and cover charge we paid like half the food we ate, honestly it's absurd. Once paid, the waiter suddenly changes mood, evidently he was expecting a tip. Which was noticed by both of us when we left the venue. Absolutely not a nice gesture!

I'll start by saying that we travel a lot but I had never met such a rude waitress owner... we asked for oil to put on the bread... she gave us two sachets, slammed on the table... without a saucer... she placed the dishes in a disrespectful way... never more..not recommended due to rudeness

If I had seen the reviews I would never have gone there and I'm talking about the restaurant. Because it turned out to be worse than what they already wrote. You cannot charge for a dish that is sent back (because it is not in keeping with the expectations proposed) and then be rudely attacked and threatened with villager-like insults in the public square. I strongly advise you to avoid it like a plague victim...

This comment relates to the restaurant (Trattoria La Lanterna) and not to the hotel (which is however part of the same house). We were very well received on a very pleasant terrace and with more than attentive service. Special mention to the antipasti della casa and particularly to the fish tartare which was to die for! Very good meal with fresh produce and abundant portions! Congratulations !!
