I really enjoyed my stay at the OYO Newquay Beach Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was happy to have been upgraded from a single to a double bed accommodation due to high occupancy. The location is good as it's near the railway station (approx 5 mins) and 2 mins from the sea. I enjoyed the food at the elegant restaurant and found it a friendly service.

Can not fault the hotel excellence service room lovely and clean happy hour in the bar 5-7 breakfast amazing , one thing though no meals in the evening but 10 out of 10 amazing overall staff were all so friendly could not do enough for you

Great hotel, staff are friendly, very helpful and welcoming, rooms are very nice, on the small side but adequate for a nice stay, comfy bed and great shower in the bathroom, nice breakfast, lots of choice and great ingredients, great location, short walk up to the town center, and plenty of bars and restaurants near the hotel, stayed Friday and Saturday and would defo stay again.

I’m walking the SWCP as a solo female hiker and this amazing hotel was a literal oasis , the staff could not of been any more helpful they were incredible , they upgraded my room , they did my laundry out of hours and I will be forever thankful for their hospitality and kindness. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The food was fresh and delicious.it was the best nights sleep I’ve had for a while ❤️ Thankyou

Staff friendly just hotel overlooks the sea and beach but next too a main road only down fall but clean nice rooms lovely showers not many English working people but the staff there were very pleasant but suppose best thing very close too the town

As we wanted to explore Newquay when we arrived, we rang the hotel beforehand to see if we could leave the car at the hotel as we couldn't check in till 3pm. Everything was perfect and all the staff were very accommodating from speaking on the phone regarding the parking to helping with ordering a taxi. The room was an adequate size for what we needed, and the bed was soo comfortable and relaxing. As we had had a large meal the night before, we shared mixed meats with cheese & some poached eggs. Such a stunning hotel & perfect if you want to be close to town & looked after during your stay.

Staff friendly and helpful and great nights sleep. Great location. Improvements could be made on the stairs to the hotel rooms, this is one of the 1st things you see and carpet is very warn out, room was fine and clean but wasnt dusted prior to stay. I've given this hotel 4 stars and would stay there again.
