Location is nice. Breakfast can be better. Since few people were staying we were given ala carte breakfast on the first few days. And eventually we were given buffet breakfast. The buffet selection were better than the ala carte They were so kind to transfer us into a twin room, The elevator and the pool were very aesthetic Will book again

I was really impressed. I booked this hotel thinking I could save some money, but it was almost ¥600 a night. We were first given a room facing the street that was super noisy. Later, we were given two super tiny twin beds that were barely slept in. However, the things in the room were really scarce. It felt like all the resources were similar to those of a 156-room guesthouse in China. There were only two large bath towels, not even footrests... There was no conditioner, no slippers, no hair dryer, and no napkins. If you want to use a hair dryer, you have to ask the front desk for it... The wind was also very weak. It was speechless that I couldn't dry my hair after blowing it for a long time... I felt that I could have simply enjoyed a little bit of the local hotel at this price. Why did I have to book this? It is said that the owner is Chinese. I originally booked it with trust, but I am really going to cry! I feel that if the room price exceeds 300, don't book it again. Everyone should open your eyes! The breakfast was just average and edible. Finally, I still want to praise the swimming pool. It is very beautiful, but it seems that not many people play ~ This is the only place that comforts me

The hotel is a relatively small building, the rooms are relatively small, and the view of the swimming pool from the window is okay; The location is not far from the main street and is quite quiet. What I am not satisfied with about the facilities is that the elevator is broken and cannot be used. And when I asked for a hair dryer after washing my hair at night, he didn’t tell me that it might not be available until the next day, so I went to bed wet.

We booked a room, arrived at the Tropicasa hotel and were told there were no rooms available. They moved us to the Charms Hotel, a family room with two beds, but the hotel was not of the same level and location in the city. Later we found out that the hotel we were transferred to for 2 nights was 380 yuan cheaper. Also it took time and money to get to the center where all the cafes and shops are.

The hotel is new and very clean. Breakfast is served on the top floor with good views. Breakfast is a bit scarce for Western tastes. There is not a great variety. The family room is spacious duplex type with a television per floor. For me, the best thing about the hotel is the pool area, very quiet although it does not have any outside view. During my stay I did not see anyone using the restaurant service for lunch or dinner. 10 minutes walk from the center of Coron. The elevator is very slow, it takes 1 and a half minutes to get you from the pool floor to the roof.

The location is in the center of Coron town, within walking distance of most stores, but the design is problematic. The room faces the swimming pool and it will be very noisy once there are local guests or guests with children. The breakfast is also very simple and the service speed is very slow. The room has a musty smell because of the rainy season.

The hotel is built on a slope, so the entrance and exit routes require climbing stairs all the time. I booked 8 rooms with two small beds on the website, but only 2 were left when I arrived. The others were all rooms with double beds. In the end, I was forced to stay in a room with 4 people. It caused a lot of trouble in terms of accommodation arrangements, and I was very angry. There is no hairdryer in the room, and the bathroom design is very problematic. There are no drainage holes in the sink and toilet area. The water could not be drained out and all accumulated on the floor, which was wet. There was no ventilation equipment and the smell in the bathroom was very strong. There is no small balcony or rack to dry wet clothes after playing in the water, so we can only hang them all outside in the public area. There is no water dispenser, only a small bottle of mineral water is provided every day
