Guests in the room above mine started stomping on the floor above me around 2 AM waking us and interrupting our sleep. Same thing around 615 AM.

The facilities were clean. What really ******, was that There was no TV. No cable. we were told that the cable company was going to come out around 4 o’clock and fix it. It is now almost 10 PM and still nothing. We didn’t even see any cable trucks outside fixing anything at all! And the lady behind the counter didn’t seem to care that people were complaining about it. She just brushed us off. I will not stay here ever again.

It was our first stay at a Hampton Inn. The breakfast was excellent. Staff helpful. We liked everything about the Hampton Inn and will stay there in the future.

Another nice stay. Cleaning and breakfast staff are always friendly and helpful. I still don't understand why service animals (dogs) aren't allowed in pool or breakfast area.

Good overall hotel, pm front desk doesn't want to be there but everyone else am and pm are helpful, and positive. Great breakfast and pool.
