The service is average. The location of the hotel is very good. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and the moonrise in the evening. The scenery is very beautiful. There are restaurants and shops in the surrounding area, and you can walk to several small island-style parks on the seaside, as well as museums and art galleries. The coastal promenade is also very beautiful, with popular science installations that travel through the solar system, and other art installations. Convenient to the Lexington Aircraft Carrier Museum and Aquarium/Animal Conservation Center across the river. In short, if you are not asking for a sexual vacation, staying here is a good value for money.

Needs updating, staff was untrained and unprofessional but the rooms weren’t bad just not great. I’d stay here in a pinch but not as a first choice or even a second choice.
Staff was very Fri though so I hate saying they were untrained or unprofessional because they were so nice but it was very clear they needed some more help on how to talk to customers properly

Hotel is well located close to the centre of Corpus Christi, and adjacent to the waterfront. The room itself was very comfortable and although there is a balcony, the door is sealed shut and cannot be opened. The room provides for pretty good views of the city. As a bonus, the room has an in room safe which is great and I wish more hotels had them. Room decor is a little dated but that’s more an observation than anything else. Breakfast is on the 11th floor and it was an excellent breakfast spread for a hotel of its class. It had eggs, refried beans, and either bacon or sausage. The coffee is pretty good as well. Housekeeping is provided upon request and the staff were friendly as well. Zeke did a very good job in ensuring a smooth check in. Parking is on site and is $ 10 per day. In all, I would recommend the hotel for those who want something comfortable but nothing luxurious.

Didnt even get to stay paid for reservation then went to front desk because i was a local of corpus christi i could have stayed anywhere but i chose there they need to be clear about that before they let u pay online and waste ur time and night what a disappointment night was ruined what a inconvenience and mood spoiler thanks best western

This hotel is older and it shows. A bit worn down, but kept very clean. They charge for parking, which surprised us with all the empty lots in downtown. Overlooks the marina. Cocktail lounge, open 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. Monday through Saturday, a full-service bar with a beautiful panoramic view of the Marina. The bartender there is Alley and she was wonderfully helpful in recommending local restaurants that were not the tourist traps.

The location is great!! We had a nice view of the water. The breakfast is an added perk. Fresh waffles were nice. The water pressure was not great. The front desk and breakfast were fantastic.
