The hotel was in really bad condition, it seemed like everything was out of order. The indoor pool, the ice machine, their computer. Very hot in the halls. Our room smelled like humidity, it was full of mosquitoes. The sheets were stained. There were spider webs on the walls. The base board tule
Im the bathroom feel and it was all black full of bugs and humidity stain. The shower would properly drain. Yeah do not recommend this place.

Get back to look like it Really Needs a cleaning list of actual Soap and Water. Add a day, pass to big brown stains on it like someone touched it with dirty hands. The Elevator needs some taking care of. I am too scared to take off my clothing just sleep in the bed.

Older hotel, worn in places. Room clean but worn out-not inviting. Restroom clean but tired looking. Check-in was great with a very friendly clerk. Breakfast not inviting, just had some cereal. Very sparce spread.

Elevator floor was tour up,bath room had rust stains in the tub and could not give me a printed receipt.I still have not gotten my receipt from my email account.Will not stay again!1

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. Despite its convenient location, I was disheartened by the overall condition of the facilities. The furniture was old and in poor condition, and the carpets looked very dirty. This lack of maintenance significantly impacted my comfort during my stay. Unfortunately, due to these conditions, I would not consider staying here again in the future.

The minute you walk in there is a horrible musk odor throughout the hotel. The carpet was stained and looked dirty. Our bathroom door was falling off the hinges and wouldn’t close. The towel hook was missing. There was hair clinging to the edges of our mattress when I checked for bed bugs. My husband woke up in the middle of the night because he felt something crawling on him. It was a roach! Will never return. Only positive was the front desk clerk Gabriela was welcoming and pleasant.

They called the police on me because of a computer error on their side. I was told if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. Even the police was on their side. I even showed them my itinerary and they still treated me like chet. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

World not let me check in untill 3:00 pm. When I went to check in they said I owed more money because you didn't send them enough. I am 74 years old and they sent me to the 3, (top) floor at the far end and last room on the floor, where there was a rip in the carpet, trip Hazzard.

I liked the location near restaurants and stores. Didn't like dirty carpet in room and halls. Beds weren't comfortable.
