I am an avid Hyatt customer! If a Hyatt os avaliable in the area, it's my only choice. Hyatt Corpus was actually 40 minutes out of the way of our travel plans, but I was willing to drive the extra because of my loyalty and pass experiences with Hyatt. I will say, this is the first time I have ever had issues like this. I actually took pictures of the mold and a broken light fixture. Unless someone came to look at the ceiling when we were gone, I never saw someone come up like I was told. Nobody got back to me about it either. I Needed additional bedding for the pull out sofa. Went down to the front desk, but she did not have access to pillows or bedding. She was finally able to round up 1 pillow.
