My family and I decided at 8PM to head to corpus and this hotel accommodated us and made the stay so peaceful and easy!

Dirty room pillows were so flat and wore out didn't tell us that the pool and hot tub were not working reason we had booked there

Really enjoyed our stay here! Just spacious enough for all of us, and in a convenient part of town. Great amenities and comfortable bedding. The pool was a bit small and the gym could use some more equipment, but overall very well worth the price point. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I am an avid Hyatt customer! If a Hyatt os avaliable in the area, it's my only choice. Hyatt Corpus was actually 40 minutes out of the way of our travel plans, but I was willing to drive the extra because of my loyalty and pass experiences with Hyatt. I will say, this is the first time I have ever had issues like this. I actually took pictures of the mold and a broken light fixture. Unless someone came to look at the ceiling when we were gone, I never saw someone come up like I was told. Nobody got back to me about it either. I Needed additional bedding for the pull out sofa. Went down to the front desk, but she did not have access to pillows or bedding. She was finally able to round up 1 pillow.

Great location because my family lives on the southside. The shower was basic; no bench, very little shelf space and dark. No light in the shower. Our toom had no table yo eat, had to use the ironing board as a table. Not even an ottoman in the room to use as a table.

This place is really nice. Breakfast is better than most. There’s something not quite right in the rooms. It just feels like there’s a piece or two of antiquated furniture and shotty workmanship on tiles, wallpaper and tub chalking. Our bathroom door hit the toilet. Like I said, just a little off.

Great hotel near the mall and university in Corpus Christi. Very relaxing stay this past weekend. Very friendly staff, Diana was wonderful.
