The hotel is relatively clean, but there is insufficient attention to details. Small items in the room need to be further improved, such as alarm clocks or telephones ☎️ Clean the dust on the outer surface of the machine. The entrance to the hotel is somewhat easy to miss. The reception of the hotel is very warm. The hardware facilities are cost-effective.

Very bad service, the pool does not work, there is no information about breakfast hours, terrible cleaning, we finished getting up, a room service staff entered us without authorization and almost saw my wife naked, a disaster

Made a reservation a month + with advance and after hours of driving when my parents arrived they checked in and walked into a messy and dirty room. My parents cancelled and they made no attempt to accommodate them they just cancelled and have yet to complete a refund. This was very unprofessional and unacceptable, DO NO BOOK here. They would refuse to give a refund for their inconvenience and they still had the balls to say "we didn't have to give you a refund for the night stayed but we did anyway" which left me flabbergasted because my parents DID NOT STAY. We are still currently fighting for the second reservation my parents made because we had two made and have yet to received a refund. Incompetent and rude place And people

Place was in disrepair and filthy. Staff made no attempt to make it any better. Dirt in corners, slippery bathtub, electric box shoved under the ac unit.

I reserve to Reynolds. The first row did not have any sheets and it was nasty bathroom. Nasty second room sheets was nasty. Bathroom was nasty tub stuff was all on the floor and around the commode on the floor was nasty off I asked for a refund.

Checking in was fine. The doors and windows at the hotel were either broken or poorly patched from being previously broken. The smoke detector was going off due to a low battery all night do it was tough sleeping comfortably. Beds and ac worked great though.

When I got to the property, staff was neutral at best.
The room ac filter had not been cleaned for who knows how long. There was dust everywhere that's would be "invisible" (top of head board). The bathroom sink looked like it was falling apart. And the bed sheets has stains, as well as hair that was not mine nor my guest.
