Left dangerous. Carbon mox alatm going off, staff does not care. Having wires. Rust, dirty.

The first room wasn’t clean. The sheets had obviously been slept on, and there were fecal-like smears on the wall in the entrance. Desk clerk showed us a clean room, but did try to gaslight me about the first room.

The staff is kind we Love the breakfast lady Maria I believe!! She made it feel like family this Is always our stay spot until we buy something there. It’s near the shops and the beach is just down the road.

Rude staff, poor service, poorly maintained hotel. room was not properly cleaned. No shower curtain. When I asked the desk clerk to either replace the curtain or give me more towels to mop the floor, he gave me a shower curtain to install myself - which probably was better than relying on the staff to install

This hotel had great front service at night and front staff of the night was very friendly. Although wifi didn’t work as well as our room door lock was broken and was replaced the next morning. Overall experience was excellent!

When we checked in, our room appeared like just the beds were made and fresh towels put out with very little to no cleaning at all. The mini fridge had mold inside and was disgusting. There was also mold in our bathroom along the base of the wall. I couldn't request another room because there was no vacancy. There was even a sign taped to the front door saying "Souled Out For The Day" along with half of the rest of the message misspelled as well. The pool area was dirty and unkept. There was a small patio off of the indoor pool area and it was littered with cigarette butts and trash all on the ground. Blown trash actually surrounds the outside of the building along the edges of the parking lot. The whole place seemed neglected.

The early check in was amazing. The hotel needs lots of repairs and smelled of mold badly. The ice machine on our floor didn't work and the air was turned off in rooms prior to arrive, which is adding to the mold. Front doors didn't work and had to be manually opened by costumers
