This property is close to everything, fairly easy to access and clean and the staff are all very nice and helpful.

While the room was comfortable and nice. Had a decent selection of channels, big king size bed, the only thing that really stands out in a bad way, was the fact that i had to pay for parking . That's right, in CC. Not downtownn or on the island. Even though they explained the reason and im sure the franchisee is well within his rights to do so. You shouldn't. Bad enough that people have to pay extra to do so, especially when they come in from a long day. I can understand maybe for more than 3 nights, but just staying one night is ridiculous. Still a good stay though, many places to eat around here.

Great place to stay would go back.thanks to Derek at the front desk for helping me out with all my questions at such a late arrival breakfast was great staff very friendly throughout hotel..perfect location and driving distance to mustang island right of the highway

Online searches show free parking, but it's NOT free. Be warned, they will ticket or tow you if you don't pay online for parking. Furthermore, requesting a parking receipt from a third-party company is very inconvenient. The property is in desperate need of renovations and repairs, especially the carpets. The water was barely warm and never got hot. Breakfast was average. The location is good overall. The staff is above average and very helpful. Arrive early and ask for a different room if the first one they give you has issues. I had to ask for a different room because the first one smelled fishy like a fish fry. I was lucky they were able to get me a different room. Great staff.
