Surprisingly pitiful breakfast, the hot was cold and stale, the cold was at room temperature, the glass jug of orange "juice" was broken by the handle waiting for someone to cut themselves, the variety was conspicuous by its absence, and the general state of the buffet... a shame.
For the price of the stay it does not meet even the minimums

A business trip this time around. The staff are multi lingual (I speak English) which was fantastic. I didn't try the food on this visit so I can't comment. The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are fantastic, very clean and well laid out. If i had to pick and i mean really pick then i would recommend an upgrade to the aircon, it does work and cools the room but not the greatest.

Unbeatable choice for accommodation if you want to visit Alcalá de Henares 15 minutes from the old area (and tapas) of Alcalá de Henares, this hotel is super quiet, great for resting, good pillows, the rooms are very spacious, many details in the room (bath gel, shampoo, soaps, shaving set, bathrobe, comb, slippers, hairdryer, bathroom with separate shower+bathtub,...), swimming pool with good views,... Etc. To highlight the kindness of Gustavo, the receptionist (his advice for visiting the city, places to eat tapas, free parking, etc. are priceless), If there is a but, the prices of the hotel cafeteria (if you intend to dine there, Considering that you are tired and do not feel like going to Alcalá de Henares, you should know that the menu is not cheap considering the quality-price ratio). A hotel with all the details inside and outside the room. Very large and elegant room. A surrounding area to play sports. Small breakfast but of great quality. I hope they maintain their prices so that it is a good price and quality hotel.
