There was a stale smell in the room. It eased up some once the AC was turned on. We stayed 2 night's. When we came back to our room the second evening it had not been cleaned. Trash was there from the night before and no clean towels or coffee.

Elevator was not working, room on 3rd floor with 3 children, so stair access was required, made reservation accommodations for 5 people but room only slept 4, no cot or rollaway offered, front desk girl named Flower was “extremely rude” and had a very unprofessional attitude, unfriendly and intentionally charged my Discover card TWICE which was corrected only after I showed them my Discover card charges online, my family will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

Checked in with luggage cart completly loaded next to me to find out when I get to elevator that it is out of service. Kind of important, not sure why the young lady checking me in failed to mention that since she was looking right at me and the cart. When asked she said Oh Yeah. Very unprofessional will never attempt to.stay st this location again

Stayed at the Corsicana LaQuinta for four night. I arrived on Friday the 24th of November 2023, and left on Tuesday morning the 27 November 2023, at 8:08AM. The problem with this property was noticed upon arrival for lack of cars. The price does not support the overall quality, specifically the horrible breakfast...broken yogurt machine, no fruit, cold dried scramble eggs. burnt sausage patty, lack of variety the whole fours day I spent. I retire from the Air Force and inspected HUD property for 17 years. Food service I have insufficicent experience, but the breakfast experience is a disgrace. Recommend a corporate inspection immediately and any one charge these ridiculous rates receive either a credit for another Wyndan property to a partial refund.

Elevator was out of service, things looked a little run down, carpet in room looked old , looked as if a couch used to be in our room but there was just a big empty space

Greeted with an aggressive German Shepard upon walk in. Scared myself and my children. Glad the leash caught him before he got to us. Room is not what I reserved. It smells like pee and is not clean. Bugs and stains everywhere. Some staff was ok, others were very nice. TV remotes don’t work and they didn’t have extra or batteries. water from tub runs red for about 15 seconds before going clear and the tub is scary slippery. Would NOT recommend this motel.
