No hay posibilidad de desayunar. Tenía que dejar la llave afuera en un buzon. No sabia. No me sentí muy bien y no voy a volver

Bueno: limpieza y la chica muy agradable. Malo: teníamos desayuno incluido y nos pusieron 2 croasanes dos manzanas y dos zumos, tes y Nescafé ( el termito no estaba encendido así que todo esto para nada),no había ni mantequilla ni mermelada ni fiambre ni nadie que nos atendiera. Al día siguiente dos panes de leche duros y al igual no había nada para rellenarlo. Fallo mío por no preguntar qué es lo que entra en el desayuno incluido. Reservamos una excursión que tuvimos que ir con nuestro coche y llevar a dos chicas en nuestro vehículo porq no tenían como ir ya que nadie informó de que habría que usar vehículo propio para ir al comienzo de la ruta . La desorganización viene de que la misma persona está para todo . Otra cosa...la piscina tampoco nos informaron de que estaría fuera de servicio. La habitación no estaba lista a las 15:00 esperamos y cuando nos dio por preguntar a las 16:40 se les había olvidado avisarnos.

La habitación del hotel estupenda, el problema estuvo en la cena, fuimos con unos amigos, éramos 4 adultos y 3 niños pequeños…nos sentamos (después de esperar unis 45’) a la 22:30, nos avisan que habrá algo de demora en cocina, aceptamos pero después de más de una hora en la que no nos habían puesto ni los cubiertos ni el pan, pedimos que por favor marchen lo de los niños que están desesperados…a las 24:00 conseguimos que pongan lo de ellos…y al rato lo nuestro..a la 1:00 nos cortan la luz y terminamos a oscuras…un desastre de servicio…he de decir que la comida estaba bastante buena pero la mala gestión de las comandas lo estropeó todo..no puedes querer terminar de servir una mesa de 20 para empezar con otra…

Para ir a comer ,es pésimo el trato de las camareras ni te miran como si no existieras ,ya es la segunda vez que voy y me e tenio que ir sin comer ,no nos an tomado nota ni de la bebida ,y eso que había por lo menos 7 camareros,que poca vergüenza

We had no/very poor WiFi as we were given the room at the very corner of the building. The staff came up to check and could not help but agreed WiFi was poor. I asked for another room with better WiFi and was shown another room. However, before being granted this room I was asked to pay more money. Disgusting.

Staff were all very kind and attentive to all your requirements. I would recommend staying there and would return. It is kept very clean everywhere . It would be good to have a kettle in the room as there is no where to get drinks first thing in the morning. Location good and very peaceful

Hotel con habitaciones limpias. Ojo para las familias que van con niños: te llaman la atención antes de que pase algo. Piscina del hotel: la piscina municipal: no puedes entrar hasta las 12; si hay clases de natación tienes que salirte y te cierran a las 19 sin previo aviso por parte del hotel. No hay para desayunar; por no haber no hay ni empleados hasta las 13. Un desastre. No volveremos
