The location is relatively remote, with nothing nearby. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center. The hotel has its own parking lot. The attitude of the front desk and breakfast service staff was very good.

This hotel is suffering from a raw sewage backup smell that has prevented me from opening a door or window. It has permeated my entire floor. It also has a significant propane leak which is noxious and dangerous. The room ventilation does not work. I complained to management each day from my first day. They said my room was non refundable no matter what the problem is. They haven't corrected either problem and wouldn't let me out of my reservation even though I told them I am severely asthmatic. My 2 friends have experienced the same issue with their rooms. There is also a construction site next door. The hotel itself is pretty inside (outside not so much), the food is great and the spa is lovely. The staff is gracious except for management, who doesn't care about client service. The stink of it all! Stay away.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per il weekend. Albergo distante dal centro una ventina di minuti a piedi ( passeggiata molto bella sulla pista ciclabile), sempre presente servizio navetta per andare e tornare dal centro di Cortina. Camera carina e spaziosa con tutto il necessario, dal set di cortesia alla macchina del caffè . Spa non molto grande ma completa di ogni servizio. Colazione ottima e completa! Personale gentilissimo Una bella esperienza!

Hotel is nice but grossly overpriced. We have stayed in several 4 stars hotels in that region that provided similar or even better experience for a lower price. Even though we paid $470 per room (& breakfast) supposedly with a view we were given a room with no view. After complaining we were moved to a better room. We also found out that our non-refundable rate paid well in advance was HIGHER than the current rate. Location is a bit out of the center. There were other minor issues. Again the overall experience was fine but it was not a good value. I wouldn’t return.

Ottima esperienza, bella struttura con spa, bella camera ampia e spaziosa. Personale gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Colazione abbondante e molto buona, al ristorante ottimi cibi della tradizione. Siamo molto contenti della scelta fatta!!!

We loved our stay at this oasis after a week hiking the Dolomites and staying in rifugios. It was the perfect place to relax and feel luxurious in this very well appointed hotel with a lovely spa, spa services and pool. Augusto was so helpful and friendly as were all of the staff. It’s a short walk to heart of the town but taxis were easy to get as well. And look at these tomatoes! I mean- really, only in Italy! Grazie Mille for a great stay.

Cominciamo con esporre gli aspetti positivi che sono quelli della cortesia dello staff , la pulizia e nell’ala nuova una spa di buone dimensioni. Il prezzo non è giustificato, a 40’min in Val Pusteria si trovano hotel 5stelle che offrono il doppio del servizio, non si può sempre giustificare perchè si è a Cortina, ormai una perla delle Dolomiti diventata obsoleta e opaca. Abbiamo diritto all’ upgrade in juonior suite (in costruzione nuova) perchè chiesto il massaggio di coppia, in questa camera ci è stato fatto vedere subito un ventilatore perché prive di aria condizionata (la temperatura toccava i 25 gradi in camera). Nel bagno il lavandino perdeva acqua e un paio di piastrelle a fianco allo specchio a rischio caduta perchè staccate. Inoltre in una parte della camera dove vi era una grande vetrata si poteva notare il legno rovinato probabilmente per l’umidità dovuta alla condensa. Ultimo particolare la vista è sul retro del vecchio hotel, quindi le montagne devi un po’ immaginartele. Ci spiace per il personale che abbiamo trovato estremamente cordiale e professionale, ma questo purtroppo si perde nel momento che una direzione non abbia cura dei particolari. Cortina è dagli anni 60 che gode di un nome che ha portato ricchezza, ma pochi hanno investito degnamente.

Estadia incrível, com instalações muito confortáveis e um atendimento muito acima da média. Hotel bem localizado, com shuttle grátis de ida e vinda para o centro e principais montanhas. Foi nossa primeira vez em Cortina e não ficaremos em outro hotel nas próximas vezes !
