Friendly and helpful staff..great location. Loved the breakfast every morning..the view was like a fairytale. Honestly zero complaints...they picked us up at the bus depot..have a great arrangement for equipment rentals that come delivered to the property..easy ride to the mountain..but also a short walk through the neighborhood to the lifts as well..would go back in an instant

Hotel located just outside the center of Cortina, just a 10 minute walk is enough to easily reach the centre, with a splendid view of the mountains. Kind and helpful welcome, in our case very knowledgeable and pragmatic staff in managing a small illness of one of the family members. Newly renovated room, large, clean, bright and welcoming. Bar service perhaps needs improvement but excellent products and trained staff.

The hotel is in a good location, not very far from the center of Cortina with a beautiful view of the mountains, the structure has a very traditional style, the rooms are spacious and very welcoming and spotless, there was hot water for the shower any time. The staff is very kind and we felt at ease. The food at the restaurant is very good. There is a free shuttle service, which takes you to the center of Cortina until 7pm, unfortunately it doesn't go to Socrepes, but in any case this wasn't a big problem, because by searching a bit we could find parking and in the evening we either took the car or a taxi. We had a great time and will definitely return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was excellent and friendly. Room was spacious.
Very clean. Only 10 minute walk to town on a bike/walk path. Restaurant menu limited but delicious. One of better breakfasts I have had. Hotel is older and quaint. I enjoy well maintained older hotels as I think they have character.

The service from the front desk was fine and Carmen was exceptionally nice and helpful. However the room and bathroom definitely need an up to date upgrade since the cabinets and bathroom were literally falling apart, the sink drain didn't open and the deck furniture looked like it came from an old garage sale in Appalacia.

A great place to stay in Lugano, very friendly personnel, great food including breakfast. It offers great views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
It is a short walk to the lake and the city.
We will definitely come back...

Very nice hotel. It is a little too far from the bus station on a hillside. Hard to find as their location is not visibly marked in the area. Walking up the hill was a little too much sometimes. Otherwise, a very nice hotel with a friendly staff. Great View from the room, too.

Always great to come back here. The rooms are very well kept, the staff is very kind, truly exceptional and the cuisine is excellent, especially the fish-based one. The landscape that can be seen from the rooms is enchanting. It feels right at home. Fantastic.
