Property & rooms need to be updated. My non- smoking room smelled of stale smoke. I ran tap for 3 minutes - no hot water. Poor quality of pictures on TV.

The floors were dirty. The bed was more bouncy than a trampoline. Our sheets had crumbs on them. We stayed not even a hour and booked a different hotel. The front desk did offer us a different room and did give a partial refund. The tv was old and had poor quality picture. The room smelled musty and Smokey.

No. Just no. Mildew smell. I have a headache and a runny nose and have only been here an hour. The hotels gouge. This was the only normal priced one . Not worth it I feel bad for any family who gets snowed in this area and had to stay in an overpriced hotel in this area. I heard this place will be a parking lot soon . Checks out. Wish I could share the noise and smalls from those place If I was alone I would be frightened

Room was not what I reserved, not a King bed nor was it accessible, dirty room, finger prints on the mirror, holes in wall and in the ceiling tile, stains on the wall and ceiling tile and on the blanket and sheets, had to kill a large but in the room, garbage in the parking lot. Although I reserved a room for 2 nights I only stayed 1 night due to the conditions, and was told I would not recieve a refund for the second night even though I didn't stay. I would never ever ever recommend this hotel for anyone.

The worst accommodation known to man! There was mold growing on the bathroom ceiling tiles, around the tub, the tub was dirty and rusty, with cracked drywall. misplaced electrical outlet covers, the heating system could not warm the room, fridge control missing causing food to freeze, the door was drafty, odd looking people hanging around, the police arrived to apparently evict someone, odd noises though the night, unsightly linens, thin bathroom towels (2) plus this dump cost me 12,000 Choice Hotel points! The room lighting was poor and some repairs were attempted on the walls but I guess the 10-year-old repair kid got laid off!
