Hotel was new, lovely nice sized rooms including large bathroom. Employees were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again whenever I go to Corvallis and will recommend to friends.

As a Marriott Lifetime Silver Elite member and Platinum for ten years, I am deeply disappointed and frustrated to report a distressing experience at the Marriott Courtyard in Corvallis. On the day of my arrival, I received a call from the front desk manager, Katie, informing me of a sudden rate increase. Despite my previous confirmations of the rate, including earlier that same day, Katie insisted on this change, citing an unfamiliar policy and telling me I could “accept the new rate or find another hotel.” This unprofessional approach and blatant disregard for confirmed reservations have not only inconvenienced me but also shaken my trust in a brand I once held in high regard. Regrettably, this experience has led me to decide against staying at this location again and has impacted my overall loyalty to Marriott. I advise caution to potential guests of the Marriott Courtyard in Corvallis, as the reliability of their booking commitments appears questionable. Marriott must address such issues to maintain trust and uphold their standards of customer service.

This has everything you need - restaurant on site, comfortable rooms and plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance. The bathroom has great water pressure and a huge shower. I loved the little balcony overlooking the river. Let some fresh air in and we could listen to the rain. My only complaint is the restaurant/bar was closed during the afternoon. We hadn’t had lunch - so we just walked the 2 blocks to the Brass Monkey. They have fun drinks and great food. Will definitely stay here again when we come back for another OSU sporting event.

Great experience for the work trip, room was perfect nothing to complain about there. Only thing was the company next door makes a lot of noise in the morning and I like to sleep with the window open, so just keep the window closed if that’s the case. Besides that there are great restaurants and bars within walking distance, would recommend to other colleagues.
