The hotel is next to OSU, and the Portland Airport bus stops in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.
The hotel has a microwave for simple cooking.

Conveniently located next to Oregon State University campus. Friendly staff. Access to Groome shuttle if you opt not to rent a vehicle.
Downside for me, the fitness center was minimal; missing a pullup bar of some type.
A little pricey, try to find a deal if you're considering it.

Our granddaughter started college here last fall & this was our first visit to see her. Location was excellent because it's a short walk from her dorm. The room was clean & everything was what one would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Desk and breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. The best part of our stay which seems a bit silly was that at check-out, the handsome desk clerk (didn't catch his name--you can all claim to be him) offered us a couple waters for the drive back to the Portland airport. This made a big difference to me because we didn't have to stop somewhere in the rain --we're from a very dry sunny climate--and everything seems harder in the rain-- especially since we are old. Thank you so much for a super stay.

Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Carpets in common areas on our floor are in pretty rough shape. Elevators seem worn out. Location could not be better for a visit to OSU.
