Great hotel. Has everything you need. Special shout out to Bradley on reception who was always so friendly when we passed. I lost my phone on the first day and managed to get it back thanks to Bradley’s quick thinking. He was brilliant!

Only 20 mins from the airport. Great location, right on the prom. Lots of dining and supermarket options nearby. Reception staff could have been a bit friendlier, majority were ok but some a bit abrupt. Breakfast options were great, had all the various options anyone could really need. Staff there were efficient. Room was clean, only downside was we were given a room with balcony in the ground floor right next to the car park shutters so a bit noise from them and no balcony view although didn’t bother us as we were out most of the time with friends. Overall a positive experience.

Stayed here for my 30th birthday with my husband. We stayed in a junior suite which was lovely and spacious with aircon. Instead of a double bed it was two singles pushed together, not a major issue. There was plastic sheets under the bed sheet so it got quite hot at night. Room had a few signs of wear but nothing major. We had a balcony which got the sun in the evening so perfect for drying my hair in the sun eating a bag of lays! Hotel it’s self is very hilly, not suitable for someone with mobility issues in my opinion this wasn’t an issue for us. Maids were lovely and friendly. Food wasn’t great, I wouldn’t recommend all inclusive. Not terrible but nothing to shout about. We didn’t realise we would have to visit the sister hotel to eat but this was a minor inconvenience. We ate out mostly We did think the hotel would be beachfront although the beach is literally 2 minutes away so no issue and our fault for not checking. Restaurants and bars also 2 mins away. There is a sky bar on the roof of the hotel, the cost of using this is not included in any sort of all inclusive. Cocktails were lovely here, around 9€ and views were fantastic. There is an infinity pool, however the beds up there come at a cost of around 30-50€ to use so I stuck to the normal hotel pool. There are free sun loungers around the normal pool and kids pool along with bed you can pay to use around €30. Over all would stay here again, thank you

Fantastic location and beautiful apartments in Adeje, just off beach front opposite moon restaurant. From the minute we arrived the very friendly English receptionist Bradley made us so welcome even locating us in adjacent rooms which we really appreciated, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is lovely and clean and we felt very safe. We loved the roof top bar Margaritas where the staff are so friendly and the infinity pool refreshing. Will definitely stay here again we loved it.

Good hotel. Great staff (and especially Pablo!). Close to Fañabe beach. 15 minutes taxi to Siam (€10). Go for a Gold room (good spot). Gym has enough equipment and free weights to keep you busy. Clean hotel in a good spot. Breakfast choice is extensive. Would recommend.

A fantastic 2 weeks at this hotel with friends to celebrate a special birthday. Location is excellent and the staff can't do enough for you a special mention to Bradley on reception who was very friendly and welcoming also to the girls in the roof top bar who always served you with a smile. We were self catering so can't comment on food but plenty of bars and restaurants within a short distance. The pool area was very clean with no shortage of sunbeds however they are very tightly packed together. Infinity pool on the rooftop is lovely very relaxing for a drink during happy hour. First time in Costa Adeje would definitely return.

Myself and my son stayed here April 9th 24. We had a lovely time although after reading the reviews we were dreading the holiday but pleasantly surprised. Our apartment was clean, towels and toilet rolls changed and replaced regular. Nice breakfast, pleasant staff. No complaints. Thank You for a lovely holiday.

On arrival the property seemed clean and overall lovely. The location was great. We arrived at around 4pm so we decided to just drop our bags quick change and head out.
When coming back to our apartment we noticed ants in the kitchen and the pull out bed was broken also the shower did not get hot. When going to deal with it we were told there was no1 on site to sort out our problems and they would be dealt with. The following evening we went back to reception to report nothing had been dealt with and we were also missing pillows and sheets ect. The night receptionist rudely got a pillow cover went and got a pillow from the reception sofa bearing in mind what many people sit on daily hot and sweaty and stared to aggressively put the pillow in the cushion cover as to where we point blank refused to use that. Anyway we just dealt with the sleeping situation and accepted our issues would not be resolved. We were all inclusive and found little option for vegetarians but overall the food was ok same with the drink it wasn’t much extra to go all inclusive so we were content with what we had paid. The beach club was great a nice vibe, busy and lovely scenery. You have to pay 20 euro to lend towels and you got this back only if you provide the paperwork that comes with it which we weren’t told this when getting the towels luckily we had kept it in the room or a refund wouldn’t be given. There did seem to be alot nicer rooms than ours but unfortunately I wouldn’t stay again

Lovely hotel, would definitely come back. Food was good. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. We found most staff friendly and helpful. Such a great location, close to bars, shops and restaurants. We had a slight problem with our air conditioning (making a loud noise) when we arrived. They sent maintenance straight up and fixed it.
