This hotel’s greatest asset is its staff. They always greet you with a smile and they are ALL so friendly. It seems unfair to single out anyone but special mention must go to the leader of the animation team, Dani with his sidekick Ruben, also bar/restaurant staff Fernando, Juan Carlos, Nieve, Genesis and Vanessa. This was our third all inclusive visit within the past year and we have noticed that it remains scrupulously clean and well maintained. We stayed in a recently refurbished bungalow. We love the fine dining experience in Asensen and the new Italian restaurant Il Gran Cuore is superb. We also ate in the Brasserie El Mirador at lunchtimes where we enjoyed both the food and the view..There was an extensive choice of high quality cocktails, wines, spirits etc available in all the bars. The evening entertainment is both varied and of a very high standard. At this point, further mention must be made of the excellent job done by Dani who plays the anchor role. He is extremely personable, well organised and funny! The way he chats with you and carries out his duties is exemplary. They would be lost without him. We look forward to returning to this lovely hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana presso questo hotel per la seconda volta dopo l’estate 2022, sempre in regime di Privilege All Inclusive. Il grande valore aggiunto di questa scelta risiede nel poter effettuare colazione, pranzo e cena alla carta presso il ristorante Mirador. Inoltre disponevamo sia della cena gourmet presso il ristorante Asensen che, in quanto clienti Grand Class Member, anche della cena presso il nuovo ristorante italiano Gran Cuore. Da non sottovalutare anche l’esclusività di accesso all’area Privilege con fornitissimo bar self service con zona relax interna, nonché alla terrazza con lettini imbottiti e Jacuzzi. I punti di forza di questo hotel sono la grande cortesia, educazione e disponibilità da parte di tutto il personale, dalla reception agli addetti pulizie, ai camerieri, barman etc. Inappuntabile la pulizia sia delle parti comuni che della stanza e costante la manutenzione alle varie infrastrutture del complesso. Ottima l’offerta enogastronomica sia come qualità che quantità. Davvero un soggiorno perfetto, al quale mi permetterei di fare due appunti in relazione all’area Privilege ed uno relativo all’offerta del Mirador: 1)sarebbe comoda una porta automatica di accesso alla terrazza; 2)sarebbe una buona idea installare una Jacuzzi più grande o una seconda, in quanto spesso sovraffollata; 3)sarebbe gradevole avere un paio di scelte in più di carne e di pesce a cena. Detto ciò, siamo super soddisfatti e torneremo sicuramente a farvi visita. Grazie per aver reso la nostra settimana davvero speciale. Luca & Flavia

Alles perfect! Fantastisch, gevarieerd en gezond eten. Vooral de entertainment overdag begeleidt door Dani os fantastisch, brengt jong en oud samen en je blijft ook nog is fit. Verder mooie ruime kamers en ze worden elke dag goed schoongemaakt.

Danny was great, hotel was fabulous, in all fantastic staff, made us feel special. Great service. Activities with Danny were so much fun, entertainment really good. Great selection of branded spirits and other drinks. Brilliant holiday will definitely be back

We always visit twice a year to get some decent warm and Sunny weather. As always the staff are so helpful and a special mention must go to Mariska and Marina and Elena in reception who managed to give me the room that I like. Yes there is BUILDING WORK GOING ON BETWEEN 7am to about 5pm with the bungalows being refurbed and new floor tiles going on around the top pool / Bar area but it did not really impact us having a Sunny Holiday. The main gripe I have was the NOISE LEVEL OF THE MUSIC AROUND THE DRAGO POOL BAR.it appears some bar staff like the RAP music played at the loudest they could turn the volume dial up, so you cannot hold a conversation while sitting around the bar so we took our drinks back to the sun beds. I am sure that once all the work is complete the hotel will be back to its best TUI NEVER CONTACTED US ABOUT BUILDING WORK GOING ON EITHER.
