Fantastic holiday - no reserving of sunbeds - great entertainment programme, we had an amazing time with Sophie, Rueben, Miguel and Asia. Gorgeous food with plenty of choice and also extremely comfortable beds with 3 choices of pillows. Only downside is there’s no plug socket by a mirror in the bedroom to do your hair but I wouldn’t mark it down for that, this is definitely a hotel I’d return to time and time again. Also, as a special touch, our room was stunningly presented as we arrived due to staying here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary (as per the photo I’ve attached)

L’hotel avait une partie en travaux, peu génant. Nous avons vraiment apprécié qu’un responsable enlève les serviettes seules qui squattent les transats à la piscine. Du coup transats de libre bravo très bonne initiative. Buffets frais et généreux. Personnel sympathique et efficace.

We are due to fly out to this hotel 27 May we have been informed the hotel 24 rooms are being refurbished and one of the pools being 're tiled information is conflicting also been told it is the bungalows being refurbished also noise is disturbing can any one from the hotel answer my concerns have tried phoning and e-mailing no response.

First adult only hotel we have stayed in for a while and we have missed them! Had a good relaxing stay here. Great location right on the coast and next to many Barr and restaurants. We booked b&b and got a free upgrade to half board which was nice. Pools were clean and not too busy. No cash exchanged as we had to pre load money at reception by card to an account that was linked to our wristband/room key. We were on the 9th floor so the lifts were busy during mealtimes. Room was clean with a lovely bathroom. Although the bathrooms frosted glass door that didn’t lock took a bit of getting used to!! We would have to return here in the future.

E’ la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel Purtroppo la valutazione positiva di un anno fa si è trasformata in una valutazione con molte pecche Personale reception cordiale e disponibile Personale area ristorante arroganti e poco professionali Non volevano darci le bibite perché non avevamo il nastrino al polso Dove sta scritto che devo stare con un nastrino al polso per tutto il tempo della vacanza? Colazione varia per soddisfare tutte le esigenze Cena varia ma di scarsa qualità Attenzione alle consumazioni con il braccialetto -controllate ogni spesa perché a noi hanno addebitato consumazioni non fatte Per il rientro del dovuto ci hanno messo un giorno Camere nella norma La pulizia delle camere deve fare un salto di qualità Un hotel 4 stelle non cambia le lenzuola su richiesta perche inavvertitamente sporcate da noi La pulizia del bagno ha lasciato molto a desiderare Intrattenimento di valore medio In generale anche la struttura sta evidenziando la sua età con poca manutenzione Ultimo considerazione l’attesa ai vari ascensori interminabile

Been coming here for a few years and it never fails to deliver. Exceptionally clean throughout from the newly refurbished reception area, the three large pools, one heated and lovely bedrooms plus the opportunity to upgrade. The buffet restaurant has a good variety of food to choose from with chef’s hot grill and the choice of three a la carte to visit. The entertainment crew lead by the charismatic Dani has a full programme of daily activities/sports with the shows in the evening are very good. It is an older clientele early season with May onwards the animation team have pool foam parties water polo and so much more. We have always found the staff to be extremely helpful pleasant and go the extra mile. Looking forward to our return in August for our second two week stay of the year.
