Beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities and services including private pools with plenty of sunbeds, a gym, spa, art exhibition room, games room with pool tables and football tables and TVs showing live sports matches. There are also organised daytime activities and evening entertainment. I loved the neutral and mint earth tone colourway theme throughout the hotel which is very calming and relaxing. I also respect the hotel's commi**ent to sustainability by installing water filleting machines to reuse bottles and refillable soap and shampoo dispensers.
My room was warm, cozy and clean with a nice balcony view and a variety of tv channel and movie selections including Netflix. The cleaning lady was kind to remake my bed from two twin beds into a large double bed with beautiful flower petal decorations and chocolate truffle treats which were delicious and I appreciated the additional touches. The breakfast was delicious ans very filling, presented in a buffet style with so much variety and choice of different stations within the dining room (cereal and granola; fruit, salad and juice bar; toast and baguette station; pattessarie station; hot English breakfast station with a section dedicated to different preparations of eggs).
Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location with stunning sea and mountain hill views and has direct access to Torviscas Beach which is less than a 3-minute walk. There are also many local shops, bars and restaurants including a mcdonalds by the beach.
I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely revisit in the future!

Too congested for a 5 star hotel (getting a hammock in the pool is really a challenge).

What a fantastic hotel this is. The entire place smells of Aloe Vera. Plenty of space inside and outside the hotel. We’re here on a B&B basis. The breakfast buffet is as good as we have enjoyed anywhere, probably the best. Whether you want something traditionally British, continental, or Oysters & Champagne, it’s all there. And opens from 7:30 which really suits us… The drinks are incredible and don’t bother ordering a double because a single is like a treble - made that mistake on our first night. The staff are all wonderful, but special calls out to Monica, Jesica, Nieves, Emeli & Nestor who have all really looked after us and made us feel special. We will leave on Sunday feeling rested, happy and planning a return visit soon.

On this trip, having stayed for 6 days in Meliá jardines with it's ?? million euro refurbishment, i had a feeling like something was missing. Arriving at Iberostar Sablia you don't get that feeling at all. Everything is perfect for the moment you arrive. Staff are extremely helpful, informative and really go the extra mile. Rooms are kept to a high standard and charmer maids are good! Miguel at reception made the stay! He really makes you feel at home, anything you need to know about the area or hotel he will let you know! I'd recommend speaking to him if you manage to see him at reception! He's extremely friendly always with a big smile(works evenings and nights). I believe the holiday is always about the interaction you have during your stay, don't miss this one! So grateful for the service provided! Definitely 5 Star! Will be back soon!

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Staff were all really helpful, friendly, couldn't do enough for you. Location fantastic, back exit led straight to the beach and loads of good quality bars and restaurants. Hotel had daily activities to sign up for, live music by the pool area, evening entertainment every night. We were given a free drink or ice cream everyday by the pool area. Water filter machines on every floor, so no need to buy loads of bottles of water, you could just keep filling your water bottle up. Free safe in the rooms. Breakfast was really good, everything you could think of to eat. We had no problem getting a sunbed every day. We will definitely be returning to this hotel. It is the best we have stayed in!

der Service ist hervorragend, das Personal ausnahmslos super freundlich, das Essen total lecker. Leider wurde die Poolbar renoviert und stand nicht zur Verfügung. Und dies nun für 2 Monate (Anreise 5.5.).Der Anblick ließ alles andere als Urlaubsfeeling aufkommen. Die Geräusche auch. Zum Glück wurde uns gestattet den Pool im Spa Bereich zu nutzen. Wer kein " Star Prestige" dazu gebucht hat muss sich mit dem kleinen Bereich am Pool abfinden. Alles was an schönen Bereichen ( Pool im Spa Bereich, Infinity Pool auf dem Dach usw.) in diesem Hotel und Anlage zu sehen war, stand ausschließlich den Gästen mit " Star Prestige" zur Verfügung. Selbst in so einem hochpreisigen Hotel kann man sich als Mensch zweiter Klasse fühlen. Nicht schön. Leider. Aufgrund des Personals und der Küche haben wir uns letztendlich für die gute Bewertung entschieden. Aber ein Iberostar Hotel kommt für uns nicht mehr in Frage.
