This hotel is very good, the view is beautiful, especially there are singer performances in the open-air bar at night

The hotel has an invincible sea view, especially the restaurant is very beautiful, but the hotel is not suitable for parents and children, there is no kids club, the food is not bad! The lawn is also beautiful!

Return visit and not disappointed. Lovely hotel and grounds all kept beautifully clean and welcoming. Buffet dinner is as good as a buffet could get and there are always so many freshly cooked meat,fish , pasta and seafood dishes to choose from that there is always something different to tempt everyone. On top of this there is an a l’ carte and a Spanish restaurant on offer to everyone once per week. The grounds and pool areas are lovely , you can refresh your towels as often as you like. Entertainment in the evening is varied and popular, lovely on a warm night to sit outside on the roof and even have a dance. Staff are friendly and helpful and prices of snacks and drinks are very reasonable for the quality and quantity! Already looking forward to the next time…

This was our fourth visit in two years which speaks for itself. Everything about the hotel is perfect especially the staff, food and accommodation. Special thanks to Camilo, David, Tiziano and Claudia for enhancing our dining experience throughout our stay. We hope to return in the near future.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and wonderful amenities. The buffet breakfast and dinner is superb quality with a wide variety of cuisines. The evening entertainment was generally very good and the bar prices very reasonable. The hotel is very well situated with a pleasant fifteen minute walk to La Caleta a highlight. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious.

Es war super Urlaub in suer Hotel. Sehr gute, ruhige Lage, Leistungen, Pools, Essen ( Themen Restaurants ausgezeichnet!), nettes und hilfreiches Personal von Zimmermädchen, durch Restaurant/pool- bis auf Rezeptionspersonal - alle Mitarbeiter waren professionell und sehr nett. Das einzige, wo ich ein Verbesserungsbedarf sehe, ist schwache Qualität der Massage. Ich habe ein Gutschein von RIU für kostenfreie Massage erhalten, sowohl mein Mann als auch ich waren mit der Leistung nicht zufrieden. SPA Leistungen werden gesondert berechnet ( externer Dienstleister) , haben daher keinen Einfluss auf die Gesamtbewertung des Hotels. Altersprofil der Gäste ( meistens in der 2 und 3 Jugend) sorgt auch für Ruhe, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Wir kehren in RIU Palace Tenerife bestimmt zurück!
