Absolutely amazing week in this hotel with my family. The staff were so lovely and helpful, breakfast was AMAZING, perfect for everyone as it isn't short of variety! The staff were always on hand to help, day and night. One night as we were off to bed for the night, we asked reception if they had any teabags there as we had ran out for the morning, they said they'll sort it and within 5 minutes of us getting back to our room, there was a knock on the door with replenishments. Pulling up to the hotel our jaws dropped, it was like something you'd pay a lot more than what we paid. Getting off the bus and walking inside we were still picking our jaws up off the floor. We were all in awe of how beautiful this place is, and then even more in awe of the wonderful staff who want to help wherever and whenever they can. Our hairdryer in the bathroom was broken, this wasn't an issue for us as we brought our own, but I popped to reception one night whilst watching entertainment to let them know (around 10pm), so they can get it fixed before the next guests arrive. I stressed that it's not urgent for us as we have our own hairdryer, however the maintenance guy was at our door before 9am the next day replacing the hairdryer. The daily room service was brilliant always got the room looking perfect and tidy. We spent a lot of time by the pool which is just heaven!! Around mid-day they did a fun activity in one of the pools like aquaerobics/dance, they made it super fun and enjoyable for everyone, along with loads of other events & activities too. Perfect location too as just a short walk from Playa de Fanabe and lots of bars, restaurants and shops! Will definitely be coming here again !

Brilliant, the only hotel we've returned to because we are a bit fussy and expect the best. As an elderly all inclusive couple in a sea & pool view room we think great value for money, plenty of food and inclusive drinks choice. As a 5* family rated hotel we found the children well behaved and all guests friendly and respectful of each other. Good facilities and great animation team, entertainment ok and caters to most tastes, check guitarist Gusto and comedic singer Al Cafone. Shut for a needed refurb next year. Reception staff were all professional and friendly but MARTA was wonderful, very compassionate about guests well being, always a smile and an attentive ear, a credit to GF, she could easily be the 'Poster Person' for GF. We will definitely be back later this year and next year to celebrate the face lift with hopefully the friendly staff who make this hotel what it is, GREAT. thank you

What sets this hotel apart is the staff, everyone is so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone tries to be as flexible as possible so swapping dinner for lunch is easy if you are half board and any issues get dealt with immediately. Little things like the towel swap facility being open all day and the gym opening early and not shutting until late make everything very easy. The pool areas are lovely, lots of shade and easy to get a bed. My kids loved the glass bottom pool where you could see into reception! The buffet food was delicious and very few queues. The rooms are a little dated but clean and totally fine. Excellent location close to the beach and shops. I would absolutely return!

The staff and service here are outstanding! Seriously, they are the best I have ever experienced and I have been to Tenerife 10+ times. Very friendly, professional and accommodating. That's what makes this a 5 star. That's what makes people repeat guests. Fabulous location. Beautiful beach 10 mins walk. Market across the road Thursday and Saturday. Bus stop too. We have found the hotel to be spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious. Food varied. We are all inclusive and have found a great selection of banded spirits and cocktails included . I have only had the rose wine and it was lovely. The reception, bar, entertainment area is all in one ( huge). Works very well. Nice seating outside too. Waitress service and so nice with it. Entertainment team also work hard and noninvasive. Good entertainment every evening. NOTHING bad to say about this hotel and we are quite fussy. Stayed in 4* and 5* before. Highlight for us was the rooftop terrace very fabulous pool and bar. Views amazing! 😍

Hotel is in a good location and in a nicer part of Costa Adeje. Del Duque beach, arguably the best and prettiest beach on the island, a 10 min walk and close to the shops and restaurants. Hotel is lovely but a few things that need improvement which I know they are addressing with the refurbishment of rooms. 1 plug socket for a family is not sufficient and the sofa bed is so uncomfortable that my son couldn't sleep on it. I sat on the end of it and hurt my leg quite badly and have been left with a bruise. Food is what lets this place down, breakfast is adequate although I would say a good 4 star rather than 5 star standards. We booked half board and ended up eating dinner out most nights as options and quality poor for a 5 star. Most staff are lovely although the woman that runs the supermarket and shop inside was very rude, she shouldn't be in the hospitality business. All in all the hotel was decent enough but doubt we would book it again unless these issues are addressed. Costa Adeje on the other hand we will definitely be holidaying in again....loved it.

My sister and I returned to the Gran for a week of rest and sunshine. We had stayed in this hotel a few years ago and loved it then and were not disappointed this time. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The fabulous foyer entrance has a real Wow factor. The main dining room has been completely renovated and totally modernised since our last visit - lovely. Our room was large with plenty of storage. Our lovely cleaners kept everything spotless. The food was gorgeous and the variety is quite wonderful. So much so that we didn't discover the roast station for the first few days! Plenty of sunloungers; we would go out in the morning and never had a problem finding a lounger on our return. There is entertainment each evening which we enjoyed but there were quieter areas if this wasn't for you. Finally, I want to pay tribute to the wonderful staff. Everyone of them was friendly and helpful, greeting you with a smile. As this is a fairly large hotel and busy, this level of customer service must sometimes be hard to keep up so thank you for your welcome. We understand the hotel is closing at the end of this year for bedrooms to be refubished. We can't wait to see the result!

Overall a nice holiday, but… We booked ‘All Inclusive’, which to my surprise came with A LOT of exceptions at this hotel. I’m not just talking about reasonable exceptions, branded spirits, some wines, but a far more restrictive offering. To begin with, two of the hotels three restaurants are not included, unless you count ‘all inclusive’ as a 40% discount on your bill! Many cocktails at the hotel bars are not included, just from memory, for example Mojitos, and anything with gin… a range of snacks are included, but many aren’t. Again, for example, margarita Pizza from the pool bar is included, but not pepperoni pizza… not even an extra surcharge here, margarita included, pepperoni, that’ll be eight euros. I like all inclusive to not have to think about this stuff. In previous experience, what’s available is generally included. On this break I felt I had to repeatedly perform tedious admin to check on the hotel app to find what was and wasn’t included in my ‘all inclusive’ booking. There were other irritations too. Having to book slots for lunch and dinner. Again, I don’t go on holiday looking to perform admin or be forced to plan my day. Also, long trousers in the restaurant at dinner? It was 30 degrees some days. Dress shorts should be acceptable. Changing from shorts into long trousers to eat, only to have to change back into shorts again afterwards was a chore. I don’t want to harp on. The hotel is nice enough, although at this point not really a 5 star. Apparently a refurb is planned in 2025. It’s just unfortunate the above issues did impact my enjoyment of my holiday, in particular the ‘all inclusive, option feeling plainly disingenuous.

Just stayed for the second time here, and sorry to say, quite disappointed. The hotel was fully booked and the staff couldn’t keep up whatsoever. In the restaurant, the food did not get replaced quick enough with the result that you spend your time in queues instead of having a nice dinner with the family. Empty trays everywhere and very busy staff and chaotic scenes This happened regardless of the time we went to the restaurant. In the pool bar, having lunch could take forever because of the many mistakes. For instance,If we ordered for 4 people, several times only food for 3 people was served and often the wrong dishes, Drinks were also mixed up. This happened EVERY time we went to lunch With the result that it took soo long to have lunch. Also getting the rooms cleaned at 4 o clock in the afternoon is way too late. We mentioned all of this in the reception already on our second day, also on the third day, on the fourth and fifth day we Emailed with the reception without getting any other response that there were sorry we felt that way. On the 6th day, we talked to the reception again and was told that we should have come Earlier on!!! Sorry, but we came already on the second day. Not good enough. The hotel should also have a good service even though the hotel is full!
