Where do I begin with this hotel, think its best I start from the moment our coach pulled into the hotel driveway. The outside of the hotel looks wonderful me and my partner couldn't believe it was our hotel as didn't expect it to look as stunning as it did, when we entered the hotel we was greeted by a massive water fountain featured in the main lobby of the hotel and the lobby is massive in itself stretches from reception all the way to the other end of the hotel where the bar and entertainment is. There are multiple lifts to get to each section and floor of the hotel, during the day we have seen the hotel being kept clean at all times from the outside to the inside. The staff in each department are friendly and helpful and from what ive seen with other guest that had children then was brilliant with the children as well as the adults I cant fault the staff at all. The food has been really good each day with a selection to cater for everyone, each night has been a different theme for the evening meal which has been nice to try things I never would of tried back home. The cocktail drinks for all inclusive i feel is a small selection they have loads to choose from that is not included in being all inclusive but you pay less for them which is better than paying some of the prices. The swimming and lounge areas are massive with plenty of loungers to pick from depending on how close to the pools you want to be or how close you want to be to the bar the main 2 big pools I found wasnt as warm as I expected them to be but are fine if your looking to cool down from being in the sun to long. There is an adult only rooftop pool, bar and a jungle bar the adult only area is nice if your not wanting to be around children. If you have children on the 1st floor right at the back of the hotel there is a pool that has slides your not able to swim in that pool but will be able to sunbath as the children go down the slide multiple times. The room me and my partner was given was a nice size room it had 2 wardrobes which came in handy with the amount of stuff I took with me for a week, I found it was very clean upon arrival and maintained the cleanliness throught our stay towels was changed daily for us. I would happily pay the price we did to stay at the hotel again but stay longer as I felt a week wasn't long enough. Whislt we was away I celebrated my birthday and someone came upto the room and gave me a invitation to book a la carte and to get 2 free glasses of cava, 2 some soft of chocolate and a bottle of champagne. There is a little shopping centre right next to the hotel that is handy if your not all inclusive or if you want to buy some drinks and pop them in the mini fridge thats in your room, on a Thursday and Saturday there is a market opposite the shopping centre ill warn you now it gets busy so if you cant deal with crowded places then avoid or try and go when it opens as im not sure if it will be quieter first thing or even go an hour before it ends. This us probably going to be the shortest review ever of mine..simply put.. no hassle at all! Arrived late however a lovely welcome at reception with a couple of tickets for free drinks! Such we partook in at the bar after very quickly freshening up Due to arriving late we managed to get a couple of sandwiches, drinks and crisps from a 24 hour shop..5 min walk .. go to the entrance and turn right.. The rooms are modern, Spacious and have all facilities you'd need.. or balcony had a fairly boring view but we barely spent any time in the room! Aircon worked well.. loved the shower..shower gel, shampoo, lotion all available in the bathroom Fridge adequate size for a few bottles! If you've never been to this hotel is huge.. still getting lost on the last day..not aided by some of the lifts not servicing all floors! Breakfast has everything you would want! Bacon, sausages, eggs, toasties, omelette, cheeses, cold meats, cereals, pastries.. the list goes on and on.. who ARE these people who didn't like the Breakfasts!!! Dining room usual canteeny style.. waiters bring coffee and tea..just ask for a pot for your tea..otherwise you'll only get a thimble full of hot water We went bed and breakfast..so no idea about anything else re food.. what i would say though is there are 100s of fabulous restaurants in costa adeje.. if you dont ever eat out during your stay your are really missing out.. Food and bars either really close in the local arcade 5 min walk or 10 mins to others Hotel facilities are lovely..swimming pools the hotel's jewel in its crown.. it was rubbish weather when we were there but still managed to swim in the roof top pool and the pool with the bridge..perfectly warm enough The hotel had loads of sunbeds so no idea why people reserve apart from entitlement..we never had a problem Adult rooftop is a great place for tranquility Can't comment on entertainment or evenings as we didn't stay in.. you really dont need to..most of the bars have live music On our last day you can book a courtesy room for half an hour to shower etc..just book early as not loads of slots..towels provided in the room We would definitely go back just not in rainy March!

This is our 4th year on the run to this hotel, and I must say will be our last. Since spending over 40 million euros on a refurb, you must have had to scrimp on heating the main pool!!!! It’s ridiculously cold I have an Apple Watch which records water temperature and it was sitting at 21/22degrees!! Way too cold for this time of the year every time we have been in the past it’s been a temperature of at least 25 degrees even competitor swimming have their pools at 26 to 28 degrees. There is never anyone in the pool all times of the day. I usually do the aerobics and cycle fit but not this year! Also the service has suffered a little since the refurb. Time to visit another one of the hotels here in adeje maybe one with a heated pool. Do not recommend if you’re retired and only come here for the warmth .

First of all, just returned after 10 day stay All Inclusive holiday, at this so called 5 star rated hotel. The rooms are very nice after the refurb, and bathrooms very up to date, large and roomy hotel, bar area , entertainments etc, good. Pool areas very nice, although bottom pool can only be used by penguins, and polar bears due to water temperature. The pool snack bar, very limited, only serving, burgers, and hot dogs, and not a 5 star rating for either. The things that matter most on a AI holiday, ie food and drink, Drinking water room service, you have to ring reception on a daily basis to have fresh water delivered to your room in small cartons, never known that before anywhere, after visiting many many hotels over the years. Why have fridges that are not stocked on arrival. Which is a big no no, as far as we are concerned. Bearing in mind this is a 5star rated hotel, not a safari park. Food quality, pretty poor, in fact resulting in us eating out, rather than facing the mostly cold bland food served in the over chilled cold restaurant. The roof top cocktail bar, is a comfortable retreat to enjoy a drink with friends etc, but beware, although having paid for 5 star All Inclusive treatment, most cocktails are chargeable with a 30% reduction for all inclusive guests. The same rule applies in the a la carte restaurant, having the same 30% reduction to the very expensive basic meals being served there, to All Inclusive guests. Be prepared to have to spend heavily for services usually availible at other hotels within the All Inclusive holiday range. Will not be returning to this hotel.

Spent a brilliant 10 days here at the beginning of May. The Hotel is big but after a day or 2 easy to navigate. Everywhere is kept very clean and all the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The newly refurbished rooms are beautiful, big comfortable bed, big bathroom with great rainfall shower and plenty of towels. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, handwash and body lotion are also provided. Loved the control panel for A/C and lights and also the red/green switch for cleaners. Our room on the 5th floor looked out to the mountains and was very quiet. We were HB and had no complaints about the food. Breakfast was brilliant & had everything you could possibly ask for. The egg lady was fantastic. I can also vouch for the pastries- they were amazing! Only thing that could make it better for me would be bigger cups/mugs for tea & coffee. Evening meal was great too with a different theme every night. Show cooking always had 2 fish & 2 meats freshly cooked to order in front of you. The fresh pasta station was fantastic with everything cooked to your individual taste. Pizza was also available every evening. The pools were cool but refreshing & loungers, brollies & tables were always available. Evening entertainment was fine. We had a late flight home & on the morning of our last day were able to book a courtesy room for a shower before leaving. All in all a hotel we would happily return to.

Well we really are repeat customers been here about 15 times over the years. This was our 1st visit since reopening after the renovations. The good points. Loved the room refurb thought it was tastefully done. The staff are all really helpfull and cheerfull. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The entertainment in the evening was improved with more current acts. The bad. Food was shocking, can never remember being so disappointed. Was on an all inc package and actually went out 3 night out of 7. Lack of attention to faults. Gents toilet near the buffet has 3 sinks.only 1 tap worked for the whole week and 1 toilet had the entire seat removed for the same time. Not 5star. Sadly we’re looking now at staying elsewhere the quality of the food every day being so awful was a game changer. You need some serious changes in La Finca restaurant to keep repeat customers.

We recently stayed at the GF Gran Costa Adeje as part of a large group, and while there were a few positives, the overall experience fell far short of what you expect from a 5‑star hotel. ✅ The Good. * The rooms were a good size, with plenty of space. * The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. * The pool facilities were excellent – definitely the highlight of the hotel. * The reception staff were fantastic – friendly, professional, and always helpful. * The bar staff in the Jungle Bar were utterly fantastic, with a really nice atmosphere and good service. ❌ The Negatives (and why this is not 5-star). 🍽️ Food – Shockingly Poor. The food was, without exaggeration, the biggest let-down of the entire stay. * Day after day it was the same bland, repetitive, uninspired slop. * There was virtually no variety, and what was offered lacked flavour, freshness, and quality, I mean chips at breakfast and no hash browns? * It felt like cheap canteen food, not anything close to a premium all-inclusive experience. It got so bad that for the last two days we gave up completely and ate out at local restaurants. The only reliably edible option was the breakfast pastries, which says everything. Even the pool food was barely any better, offering very limited options of similarly poor quality. For a so-called 5-star hotel, the food was honestly embarrassing. 🥤 All-Inclusive – Very Misleading We were on an all-inclusive package but: * Very little actually felt included. * Certain drinks (even basic things like iced coffee) were only available in specific bars. * This meant constantly being told “you can’t get that here” – which is frustrating and defeats the purpose of all-inclusive. It felt restrictive rather than convenient. 🚿 Room Issues: * The overhead shower head was next to useless, with barely more than a trickle of water, had to use the hand shower head instead which was awkward. * Basic daily comforts like water and milk were not reliably replenished. These are simple things that should be standard, especially at this level. 👥 Not Just Us – Consistent Across the Group We were travelling as a **large group**, and: * Everyone experienced the same issues. * This clearly wasn’t bad luck or isolated problems – it’s a systemic issue at the hotel. ❗ Final Verdict This hotel has some strong points: * Great pool area. * Good room size. * Excellent staff in certain areas. But these positives are completely overshadowed by: * Extremely poor food quality. * Weak all-inclusive offering. * Basic room and maintenance issues. It is simply not a 5-star experience by any reasonable standard. Unless the food and overall offering improve dramatically, we would not return or recommend it.

Excellent hotel. Superb service and very clean. Plenty of room to sit around which was very handy as the weather was atrocious the week we picked for the stag do. I would certainly go again.
