Had a great holiday. Hotel was great kids loved the pool area. We were AI which we used during the day but went out for dinner each night there wasn’t a lot of choice for 2 little fussy eaters, but eating out is still quite cheap. Would still recommend this hotel for families on a budget. Our room was lovely very spacious large balcony clean. Staff were lovely, would definitely return for a family holiday

Let me start by saying this is my view and is unbiased, I have just returned from a ten day stay and I have to say the room we were given was amazing , beautiful views across the harbour and beyond, the room was cleaned everyday and the staff worked tirelessly to ensure standards are maintained. The chicken man was really funny and made sure everyone had a great time. Now the not so good, the food is not great , pork nearly everyday and various low cost fish options, the food I would class as budget food, we took the decision after the first day ,of eating out for the remainder of the holiday as did many other guests as we see them in the restraunts along the ***** . The dining hall is in the basement which makes for a very unattractive ambience. Let me say that we did give the food every chance and we are open minded however it did not improve which was disappointing. The room made up for the food. Pool area was to small for the amount of guests.Note of caution be mindful when crossing the road outside the hotel as a lady got knocked over by a taxi on the zebra crossing, badly injured. Don't be put off by the food as this hotel is in an excellent position and will suit your needs if you need a great base .The reception staff were really helpful as was the life guard. The staff are amazing the location is brilliant, make your own mind up.

Just got bk from a holiday here. I always book hotels based on reviews so thought it important I right a positive one about this hotel. Hotel in fab location a walk away from beach and surrounded by bars and shops etc Modern clean reception area , pool area clean with nice pools, I suppose it’s slightly out of season so always spare loungers perhaps at busy times as the area isn’t huge it maybe harder to find a lounger. pool bar with lots of drinks, ice cream , burgers, hot dogs, pizza, sandwiches, all staff from bar / dinning / reception were all friendly and polite and professional. Main dinning room a bit dated but fully functional. lots of food varied from day to day but enough to choose from. I’m vegan and still found food . Chips, salad, veg, potatoes bean salads , rice (my fav night was Mexican I made myself veg wraps with guacamole. And nachos )Other than that there’s spaghetti Bolognese, different meats, soups, fish fingers, squid rings, nuggets, pastas, variety of puddings etc etc I didn’t eat breakfast there as even the bread had milk in so I went to shop and bought myself bread without milk to toast. I think it’s important when u go to another country to understand the food isn’t catered specifically to English people so it maybe cooked differently etc but overall it was still great 😊 the entertainment man was so fun and definitely an asset to the place however usually all entertainment started later than the time advertised. In the evening I felt sorry for families with children waiting as the magic show was an hour late (starting at 10pm) lots of games tho daily with the chance to win prizes The room was spacious and clean however the furniture needs updating it was shabby and the sofa was stained it needs throwing . The beds were uncomfortable in my opinion but mattresses are personal preference , bathroom nice and we had a small balcony with a sea view Overall I loved it and I will return

Hotel was clean and tidy. It is a very basic hotel. I would not recommend to come here with kids. There wasn't many food options to suit. The food on the other hand was better than i expected and was changed daily. There was no repeats which was good. The drinks are served in paper cups by the pool that are tiny. The cocktails were awful served from a machine. I got them to make a set on the beach by giving them the ingredients which was nice but had to be split between 2 cups as they make everything very strong! The sangria was very nice. The entertainment seemed more for the adults than to children. We didn't attend any evening entertainment to comment on these just the daytime. The hotel is in an ideal location and was a at a great cost. This hotel could be amazing if they changed a few minor things. The pool was always very clean and was a nice touch they had inflatables for everyone to use. The beds were very comfortable the bedding needs a more modern look. The cups and drink options would also help make this hotel better. We loved that the offered water in 500ml bottles not many AI hotels offer this! We stayed in room 303 even though this was below the swimming pool this still had a lovely view of the sea.

We have just come back from this hotel and it was perfectly fine for us, the room was great with a sea view, could have done with more crockery and cutlery, air con was brilliant, 20 euros for the remote but you get the 20 back when you leave, we only went for breakfast a couple of times but it was varied and fresh, went for lunch more and that was same, a real good salad bar, snacks around the pool and drinks through the day again perfectly fine, went out every evening to eat but was in a good location. Don't believe the horror stories, you won't get a 5* all inclusive for 3* prices but we lov ed it and will visit again

Very dated hotel, staff are lovely , rooms clean and air con worked well. Only one lift, very slow. Communal areas were clean but why be mopping the stairs at breakfast time when there is a lot of people using them. Breakfast was not nice, didn’t eat any other times either as food did not look at all appetising. Pool bar snacks were also awful. No sun beds unless you were up at the crack of dawn to reserve with your towels ‍♀️ Around the pool is fake grass which becomes sodden and muddy. Location of hotel is perfect, and we found the bar next door , Soul City, to be a godsend. Friendly staff, very clean and amazing food and drink. Always welcomed with a smile and prompt service

Booked this hotel with Jet2 when looking for a cheap All inclusive get a way for the last week of the school summer holidays in August '24 for myself, daughter and 11yr old granddaughter. We had a late flight and were the last coach transfer drop off so got to the hotel about 11:30pm, but check in was smooth and fast via a very polite and friendly male receptionist so we were soon in our apartment. We stayed for 6 nights and were allocated a clean, sizeable one bedroom apartment (607) with a spacious balcony which overlooked the main pool area and found it adequate for our needs. We were not troubled by noice during the night even though the balcony doors were open, didn't find the need to use the air con personally but you could just switch it on manually by a button on the unit, so didn't bother hiring the remote control, same with the TV but we didn't use it anyway. We did hire a safe for 2 euros per day with a small refundable deposit. We did ask for extra pillows and got these no problem within a few hours. The pools and pool area was ok with a good buzzing atmosphere, didn't really struggle getting 3 sun beds but this was at about 8am in the morning as I liked to laze by the pool for a little while before going for breakfast. Though I did notice on several mornings that some towels were down on loungers long before 7am and were still unoccupied after 9am. There is green astro turf around the pool areas which I was a bit dubious about for hygene reasons, but at least it helped avoid slipping incidents. Pool snack bar was fine with pleasant staff, basic snacks (beefburger, hotdog, toastie, slice of pizza BUT no chips) and the usual AI drinks in small paper cups, so take your own re-usable cups if you want a larger drink. We used the Jacuzzi and Sauna for half an hour each, they were fine, you just have to pre-book at reception and it is part of your all inclusive. Breakfast was ok with the usual brekkie stuff. Lunch and Dinner were ok too and I always found something to eat that was enjoyable but I have to admit that I have had better food/dining experiences at other 3 star hotels in the Canary Islands. My granddaugher did struggle to find something she liked and resorted to cheesy chips on a couple of nights so we ended up having to get her some food in the resort a couple of times on an evening for her, so maybe the chef needs to consider catering just a little bit better for children in our opinion.(though I appreciate kids can be fussy eaters like my granddaughter). Also it would have been nice to have had a better selection of cheeses with maybe some crackers to go with them. The Soup was in an awkward place to get to, right beside the queue for the main meals, ideally should of been over by the bread counter and out of the way so easier to access. Entertainment was just so so, nothing flash but watchable whilst enjoying the AI drinks. We joined in the Bingo one night, it cost 5euro for one ***** of 6 tickets, we got 2 Strips (10euro)
