Hôtel et employés au top Christelle et Axel ( pour les français) sont de très belles personnes !!!😁😁☀️ . Très beau séjour sur cette île magnifique !!!🌴🌴☀️☀️ Pour notre premier voyage à l'étranger nous ne sommes pas déçu du tout. A refaire !!! 😉😉🤙🤙

Ik schrok een beetje van de grootte van het hotel ( slecht ingelezen) maar is me reuze meegevallen Op de begane grond is een groot zwembad, tevens voor de kinderen en miniclub. wij zaten op.de 3e etage, en daar was een apart zwembad, rustiger voor de.mensen die geen kinderen hebben. Eten was goed, genoeg variatie en live cooking. Animatie was redelijk, wel erg verouderde zaal en stoelen. Maar verder alles prima

This hotel is excellent. Rooms fantastic and cleaned every day with fresh towels. The different pool areas cater for all, we were all inclusive and it was proper cornettos at the snack bar free which was amazing, drinks were fine, they have a pour your own section for AI guests. The food was brilliant, totally fresh, hot food and way above normal standards. The only thing was bird droppings on the sunbeds, this needs attention and they need to be cleaned daily, we had same sunbeds a couple of days with same bird droppings. Reception staff were a bit lacking on the English speaking, this could be improved but over all the hotel is fab.

Très bel hôtel ! Séjour très agréable, sorties et soirées proposées au top ! Les animations par les animateurs Mondi Club étaient très sympa :) La semaine est passée très vite ! Je recommande et reviendrai avec plaisir ! À bientôt :) ………………….

Hôtel très agréable, avec une très grande variété de produits proposée aux repas. Le personnel est très professionnel et charmant. Un grand merci à Christèle et Axell (corde à sauter hé hé! ;o)) de Mondial Tourisme pour leur accueil, leur professionnalisme et leur bonne humeur. Une destination à faire et à refaire!

È stato tutto perfetto. Accoglienza e gentilezza da parte di tutti è sempre stata al meglio delle mie aspettative. Ottimo cibo, molto abbondante, sempre vasta svelta . Lo staff di Alpitour sempre pronti e presento per qualsiasi cosa. Anche con loro l'intrattenimento molto gradito e professionalità sempre. L'unica nota negativa che non fanno rispettare il divieto di occupare i lettini nelle zone piscine. Alle 7,30 al mattino già quasi tutto occupato dagli asciugamani , ma questo è un piccolo neo. Pulizia sia nelle camere e in tutto l'hotel molto curate. Da parte mia il massimo dei voti

Struttura molto carina in posizione ottimale purtroppo la mia camera dava sulla strada e dove di notte si sentivano i rumori carico e scarico di camion della spazzatura e/o servizio spurghi ( non era il massimo!!!!)la cucina ed il servizio in generale scarsi per un hotel 4 stelle …la pulizia della camera è stata fatta effettivamente l’ultimo giorno al cambio della persona addetta al servizio, gli altri giorni inesistente solo letto rifatto… peccato speravo un po’ meglio!!!
