Great location and lovely welcoming staff at any time of day. Breakfast was perfect and everything you need to set you up for the day! Rooms cleaned well and lovely views on the balcony. Very chilled setting hearing the music from our balcony even though we didn’t sit in the main part. Would recommend for couples! We enjoyed walking so being in the middle meant we could walk to both Costa adeje and los cristionos. Would go again ☺️

Went here with my sister and we got upgraded to room with our own pool it was good for my sister as she not good on her feet we was so made up staff are so nice and rooms are beautiful we going back in June 26th can not wait just hope we it upgraded this time as I tried to get it but they said try near time so fingers crossed best place we been thanks to all the staff x

Great hotel, great location close to the beach, a short transfer from the airport, the rooms are great cleaned every day, staff are great and the food is excellent the roof terrace is great for watching the sunset I would highly recommend 10/10 from me

Rude hotel staff and building works ruined this holiday after deciding to return back after a fantastic time 8 years ago. So after checking in at 23:45 we were refused any food or drinks even though we where all inclusive and had paid for 10 nights (bear this in mind when booking) Other people we met where offered a sandwich. The all inclusive finishes at 23:00 on the dot and starts at 10:30am. You are told off if you ask for drinks prior and also are only allowed two drinks at a time and if you go back for further drinks say 10 mins later you will get followed back by the rude bar man and get accused of giving people who are half board drinks and they refuse you! Another thing is that the hotel isn’t all inclusive. You have to check out at 12pm and they cut the band off you. We got promised a late check out until 2pm and to keep the the all inclusive due issues with building works, rude staff and just to try and make the most of a bad situation and after being promised by Isabella/Anabella guess what 2 days later after going to reception at 7am was told not available and no notes had been added. We heard soo many complaints about various issues and I am not a complainer but this was one of the worst holidays I have had in 30 years.

We went for a short 7 day break B and b. Hotel is ideally placed set slightly back from the front so nice and quiet. Breakfasts were lovely. The staff were all lovely and helpful, particularly Anabel on reception who went out of her way to make sure everything was ok. The cleaners were splendid and spent cabling time to ensure rooms are spotless. We used the sun deck and found it lovely and chilled.

I have just come back from this hotel there was 8 of us from my family. First thing it is not a 4 star hotel I would say 3 star at best. Hotel is spotless and most staff excellent We arrived and had asked for our 4 rooms to be next to each other we were all on different floors The reception staff were rude and didn’t care When we made complaints about anything the management did not want to know I found a used santority towel in my bathroom bin all they said was we will speak to housekeepers They closed the bar early and didn’t care The food wasn’t brilliant only average it was cold most days Nightly entertainment was a joke it was just a singer outside for 90 minutes a night surely a 4 star hotel should have a concert room Unless things change we will not be going back

Rooms clean and lovely. Nice and quiet in April and temperatures good. Breakfast OK but not brilliant. Great selection but cooked breakfast ranges between stone cold and luke warm. Bar drinks quite expensive. Quite hilly around here aswell and lots of steps. Not ideal if you're not the fittest like me.

Highly recommend this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Stayed here for 1 week on a bed and breakfast basis. The place has a very relaxed vibe. Thank you to all the team working here, special mention to Isabelle on reception who went over and above to make our stay special. Partners birthday whilst we stayed here, complimentary bottle of fizz and a birthday cake without even mentioning his birthday. The little touches that make this hotel so special. Positives All the staff running this hotel are superb and hard working, they can’t do enough for you. Rooms are contemporary, lovely large walk in shower. Hotel is spotless, our towels were changed every day. Choice of food at breakfast time, superb continental and hot food selection. Restaurant staff, constantly clearing plates and tables. We hired a car for the week, dedicated parking space. No issue getting sunbeds during the day, beach towels also provided for your stay. Drinks at bar were reasonably priced for a hotel. Air con is amazing, very effective. We did have an issue with it dripping water on arrival, however this was mentioned and resolved very quickly. We liked the fact that this is an adult only hotel as well. Negatives I am being super picky… only 2 lifts, the wait time at peak times was a bit longer than you wanted. We did read the reviews prior to booking, we experienced none of the issues others experienced. A truly memorable holiday.

Advertised as a 4* hotel never been so, 3* at a push, room very basic and bathroom was dirty, the hotel food was terrible. Food Mostly dry and not nice, all the food labelling was wrong , vegetarian section was so poor and had raw fish in veggie food , hotel staff wasn’t interested about the food issues
