AluaSoul Costa Adeje - New Opening

Lovely hotel big and spacious. Breakfast really tasty and all round very clean. Staff provided fizz, sweets and nuts on my birthday which was a lovely surprise. Not much atmosphere and no entertainment at night. Very good location with lot’s of bars and restaurants nearby. Would book again.

The hotel experience was quite good overall. The hotel and the room were beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly. I always managed to find a sunbed by the pool, I enjoyed the aqua gym sessions, and I also used the gym facilities. The breakfast food was good and offered plenty of options, although the selection was the same every day. I appreciated being able to check into my room an hour earlier, and I also received cakes in my room for my birthday. I traveled alone, and what I did not like was that even though I was inside my room with the door locked from the inside, on two different days, while I was taking a shower, someone entered my room to bring me cakes or fruit. The surprise was thoughtful, but after that I no longer felt as relaxed and safe

My partner his sister and her eldest daughter had a week at this wonderful hotel . Everything about this place was perfect , getting an upgrade to a room with a balcony was no trouble with a small charge . The breakfast Buffet was exceptional (we went bed and breakfast) Rooms were spotless all staff very pleasant. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and plan to return next year if possible .

Amazing hotel. The my favourIte club is an excellent add on. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Junior suite was very spacious.Hotel was very clean and I would highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to go back!

We loved our stay at the hotel. The rooms and hotel were clean. The food was great. The staff friendly and helpful. Location excellent we walked to adeje and las americas easily. Would definitely stay again.

The staff really make this a great hotel, and deserve recognition. The only let down was the surly manager on reception who needs an attitude check when being in a front of house position! Didn't get her name unfortunately. On with the good stuff, then I'll finish with the lows. So, we booked seaview rooms and were allocated a room on 3rd floor with a huge balcony, and 5th floor with a sea peep and smaller balcony. Both rooms had a good amount of space in the room and bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space, and very comfy beds 😀 We stayed all inclusive and found the drinks and food selection to be good and didn't find the food to be cold as others have mentioned. Plenty to suit everyone, from freshly cooked seafood, tasty salads or more traditional English fare if that floats your boat. The restaurant staff are super friendly and attentive - well done. Pool area had plenty of sunbeds so no problem finding a spot. Special mention to the Fab-u-lous Jacob who brought plenty of fun during the aqua aerobics sessions - he's defo got the moves! Lunch around the pool bar was really nice. The hotel is close by loads of bars and restaurants, and the beach of course, so the perfect spot IMO. Highly recommend a visit to Harley's to rock out with Soundchaser 🤘always a highlight of our annual girly hol. Ok, the not so great bits. As I said at the start, we booked seaview rooms. When we checked in and asked that this was the case the lady on reception was quite abrupt saying we have to pay extra for sea view. We did love! We were just making sure the rooms allocated matched our booking. Then on check out we asked to keep one of our rooms on for late check out - paid 50 euros for this. Was then told it didn't include all inc after 12noon so the 2 of our group with this room were asked to pay another 15 euros each on top. Cheeky. What made this worse was that the two of our group that didn't keep a room on for late check out didn't have to pay to continue with all inc, no bands removed when checking out at noon. So don't bother paying to keep a room, just use the shower facilities in the pool area toilets to freshen up, and enjoy food and drink until you leave without paying a euro more. A couple of sunloungers on our large balcony would have been nice, the two chairs and a table were lost in the expanse so wasted space. And the same gripe I have with almost every hotel room I've ever had - coat hooks! Or lack of. Plenty of blank wall space that could have 2 simple coat hooks installed. But generally another lovely holiday in Adeje, 4th stay at this hotel and we will be back.

Wow what a fabulous hotel this is , we really enjoyed our stay here, the breakfast was plentyful and everywhere was spotlessly clean the maid came to the room ever day and changed the towels and you could have your bed changed as often as you liked, we had a superior double room on the 8th floor which over looked the street which was good for people watching as the balcony was good to sit on , while we were there it was my birthday and a lady came upto the room with 4 little cakes which was a surprise as neither me or my husband had told them about my birthday, also the beds were very comfortable,so we have booked to go again in January for 10 days next time as a week was not long enough and we can’t wait to go back as everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

The Alua Soul is a great hotel, its even architecturally a bit more interesting than others. As you’d expect for a 4 star all inclusive it provided a very good room, spacious bathroom with a nice walk in shower, recreational spaces, pool area (a nice edgeless pool) good quality sun beds, a good breakfast and dinner buffet and bars. But what really stands out and is key to a pleasurable holiday experience is the service and staff. This lot are a credit to their profession, friendly, helpful and efficient and a few will go that ‘extra mile’ if needed. We like to try different holiday locations and hotels but if we went back to Costa Adeje we would be more than happy to go to the Alua Soul again. Cheers from Nigel & Diane.
